Reader, I’ve read your reviews and don’t understand, I’ve been doing business with mail quick for years. There services are quick, there prices are phenomena yes of course I walked in when they were in the middle of there move but they still stopped to help me with my purchase. Maybe there Service’s slowed through there move, but I received wonderful service. I like the fact that their customer service department is honest if a product is out of stock they notify us, our company switched ostage machines and mailquick called us to verify which ink cartridge we needed for our postage machine that’s good customer service they caught the mistake on our order. Who does that.

Horrible service, they sent me a replacement ink cartridge for my postage machine that was«expired,» spent 20 minutes on hold before I was able to talk to a customer service rep, and then told that I had to pay the postage to send back the defective ink cartridge. If I had ordered from somewhere else I would have saved money and a whole lot of time. Don’t bother ordering from them, spend the two dollars extra and order from someone else so you won’t have to deal with their horrible customer service.
