Sometimes shabby. Sometimes ok. How can you take a customers laundry, tell them it’ll be ready the next day, then move your entire business without mention of it up front?

I really like this dry cleaner. They are friendly and my clothes are always ready for pick up the very next day. I also think prices are reasonable. The gentlemen that work there are always very courteous and friendly. I have entrusted them with some of my finest clothes and have never had a bad result. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good service. I take away 1 star because the parking is very limited and the store is pretty rustic looking inside.

Can’t believe they don’t open at their posted hours of operation. Its 7:20 am and they still aren’t open. Working people need reliable service. A simple pick up has now caused me to be an hour late. Will never use this company again.

So I know most people are unable to give dry cleaners good reviews. They seem to be a necessary evil that we just put up with but are never fully satisfied with the service we receive. I’ve set off to see if one neighborhood cleaner is better than another, after a couple trips I can easily say this place surely fails. Service wise everything we took here came back like it had only been pressed, still smelled pretty dirty. Which I believe most people when they pay someone else to clean their clothes like to get them back at least smelling like they have been washed. The building and location leave a lot to be desired. The interior looks like it’s being held together with duct tape! Everything seems one step away from failing apart and covered in stains. Do they really think that people will want to bring their clothes here to get cleaned if they can’t keep their store clean? If you clean your dishes in a dirty sink, are they actually clean? They share they strip center with a bar, a clothing store, a salon and an insurance agency. All of these places share the 4 to 5 parking spots depending on the care people take at parking their cars, which is pretty ridiculous for that many store fronts. It has to be frustrating for customers and store owners alike. I’ve seen people park in the driveway of the gated condos next door, with a resident attempting to get home. They laid on their horn, but the owner of the car blocking the driveway refused to come out with any haste. Really why would someone’s driveway be considered a parking spot?! It’s probably the same people that park in handicap spots with no care for who actually needs to use them. Times like this I wish I was a Meter Maid.

I’ve only used this dry cleaner 3 times so far, but the clothes always come back perfectly pressed and starched(for my husband) and hanging nicely on hangers. It’s definitely a no frills kind of place. I’ve seen some cracks on the walls and there isn’t anything else hanging on them like pictures or another logo, but the way I see it, as long as my clothes are cleaned and pressed and nothing gets messed up then the dry cleaner did exactly what they are supposed to do. They offer fast checkin service and a lot of times they can have it ready for you the next day! Which is perfect for my husband since he goes through his button ups and suites quickly. So even though I’m only giving it 3 stars right now, it’s because I’ve only used them 3 times and hopefully I’ll be able to move it up another star or 2 after more time using them.
