I will go on record for saying the worst most idiotic service I have ever experienced. Walked in at 10am, stood there for nearly 7 minutes before someone even came to the counter, cook who only spoke Spanish frantically calling her, but refused to even acknowledge me being there. These ladies need to be fired, there is no excuse for that level of unprofessional service. Food wasn’t bad but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a darn croissant.

Went there late night. 2 people in line took over 40 mins. Pulled up to the drive threw and the lady was so rude and had an attitude. Wouldnt even give me her name. Sitting behind the window texting the whole time. Then when she realised I was going to complain said I had to leave or she was calling the cops. Sat in line another 10 min then she said she gave our food away. Waited there for the cops to come but they never did. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Lucky she didn’t do this to the wrong person. And people wonder why they get paid minimum wage. Don’t waste your time in line or your money.

Worst customer service of all Jack in the Boxes. I always have gone inside to order and eat — I suppose they only focus on the drive thorium. Today and my more than a dozen visits I wait between 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. No special order — just straight off the menu. If I have to ask for napkins or ketchup — you’d think a place would have them where one could serve themselves but no way — the amount of attitude I get ranges from an eye roll to straight out rudeness. If you want friendly fast food service SKIPTHISPLACE!

«Closed for cleaning.» Very rude /cursed at us(under their breath, but loud enough to hear) when questioned why they were closed given a 24 hour venue. Dirt bags, nothing less.

This place is pure garbage. Went there just now and they told me the cook was running late so they aren’t taking any orders. You kidding me? Lol two cars were just parked there, I guess waiting on the cook. Lol never again Jack in the box. Never again.

While granted 95% of the trips I make to this location are after midnight, especially on the weekend, there is/are ALWAYS one of two issues that come up — they’re either understaffed late at night, and/or something is always broken: the credit card machine, the fryer is down, no Sprite tonight. They’re pretty much always understaffed it seems like at night, but couple that with these other inconveniences, drunk people can get mad pretty easily.

Not the quickest service, but friendly with standard JIB food items. This is one of the few fast food places on Shepherd. There is also a popular taqueria across the street. We tried to order some cronuts, but they must only be available some locations. The drive thru microphone must also need some work, but we were ok going to the window to get the rest of our order in. The food wasn’t bad, but we had to wait a bit while they made some coffee. If you aren’t patient, you may want to try another place. The lady working the window was very nice, but they just don’t seem to be as organized as other JIBs.

I wish there was a 0 star option… by far the worst Jack location I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone 3 times. The first time, I spent 25 minutes in the drive through! The lady at the window was beyond rude, and was literally upset that I asked for a napkin!!! The second time was very similar. Of course the food was cold both times. The last time however takes the cake… I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, sat there for about 7 minutes only to hear«We on a shift change, I can’t take no orders». WHAT!!! A shift change prevents you from taking orders? At a fast food joint?! Terrible… I definitely won’t be going back to this location(or probably any since it’s all unhealthy & whatnot). Perhaps these terrible experiences are a sign from above to eat healthier. Oh well… AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS!!!

I ordered a combo, tacos, an egg roll, some onion rings, and they didn’t give us the tacos. Sounds like they purposely do this to pocket the money. Never going back to this jack in the box again.

FINDANOTHERPLACETOEAT This Jack in the Box is the worst I have ever seen or eaten at, and I have been to a good number. When I first pulled up there were 3 cars in the drive-thru, and the last one in line was trying to back out. After I took her spot, I realized why. The order board/mic was broken and the car were having to order from the window. This wouldn’t be bad if it were McDonald’s or Burger King, but JITB’s «we don’t make until you’re starving» policy slows this process considerably. I quickly gave up and parked. Trying to go inside, I was met with 2 locked doors. Someone had to open it for me, ridiculous. It’s 1:30 on a Sunday and the place has 2 people working, total. Needless to say, my order took 20 minutes and they still got it wrong. I’ll never be back to this one, and their corporate office is getting a call/email/Facebook post/tweet from me telling them why.

This is my second experience at this particular JINTB and the food that we received from the drive through was pretty meh. I say the food we received because we didn’t get our whole order and of course didn’t realize that until we had gotten home. The two best things were the seasoned curly fries and the milkshake. Although I think they should just be called curly fries because there was certainly no seasoning on them but they were hot and crispy. The milkshake was really creamy with plenty of whipped cream. As I am sure is true for a lot of people JINTB is a late night after drinking mistake. So while it is not the best tasting and certainly not the best for you I think we can all agree we are glad that Jack is there for us when we need him.

Just don’t go. Find somewhere else to eat. There are plenty of places around there that are much cleaner, faster and less infested by bums coming up to your car while you order.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews last night before I went here. I just moved to this area and have enjoyed trying out various good eats. This JINB is not one of them. I cannot understand for the life of me how all the other JINBs I’ve been to are spot on and this one just sucks. The fries were so old and stale that they were still terrible even after I heated in a regular oven. And I forced myself to eat the Steak Patty Melt, although it just didn’t taste as mouthwatering as when I’ve gotten it from other locations. The only positive thing I can say is the lady or man at the drive-thru was very nice. Not saying the person was a transvestite or cross-dresser; I truly just couldn’t determine their gender. This location is definitely off limits for me. The food is horridly disgusting.

Worst JINB ever. Double check your receipts — This location had inaccurate pricing on the drive-through menu board. Maybe most customers aren’t going to notice 10c here and there, but this shady practice left a worse taste in my mouth than that first shocking sip of COLD, stale coffee.
