Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed a rental car while my car was being repaired at Sterling McCall Buick nearby. The service at this Enterprise location was very good overall, but it was the service after I had turned in the car that was so terrific and really made the difference. I accidentally left my garage door opener in my car and realized it after I had turned the car in. I called the next morning when they opened, and talked with Cedric James. He tracked down the person who rented the car after me, and the new driver found it in the car and returned it to Enterprise. Cedric texted me a picture of my gate opener to be sure it was the right one, and he personally delivered it to me the same day (met me at a gas station near my house). He went over and above what he had to do, but he really helped me and created a raving fan customer. Many thanks to Cedric for going the extra mile. I am in the service business too, and to get this level of customer service is very hard to find these days. To his manager Kyle — you have a great employee! I was very impressed by the customer service at this location and especially by Cedric.

If this was prior to turning the car in, this would have been a five star review. I’ve rented from Enterprise for 15 years and this location was prompt and fast when it came to renting a vehicle despite being busy. Where they dropped the ball, particularly the general manager was turning in the vehicle. Due to our mechanic taking his time fixing our vehicle, we had to extend our rental longer. This is something I did before at a previous location and had no issue. At this location it seemed to be an issue even with me keeping in contact with my rep and even informing them I had no issue paying extra fees because again I’ve done this before. I woke up yesterday morning to a TEXT from the general manager that he had reported the vehicle stolen. REALLY? After I told your employee more than once when I would return the vehicle and I would pay any fee? Needless to say I will NEVER rent from this location again and submitted a compliant.

If you need a car to rent, see Cedric, he’s the manager. He and his staff are very friendly and do their very best to make their customers happy. I used to be an assistant manager for Toyota rent a car years ago, and Cedric defiantly reminds me of myself, he not only cares about customer service but he cares for his employees as well. This location has defiantly been the best enterprise location I’ve been to.

Awesome location, easy simple and quick in and out, no hassle and great price, we always rent cars here for our weekend trips as we do not want to put miles on our vehicles plus you get fully loaded versions so makes the trip more fun.

I haven’t rented a car in a while and I was going on a trip so I decided very last minute to rent a car. Nick Piper made the process very easy! Everyone in there has a great attitude and were all willing to help but I had the luxury of dealing with Mr Piper. He got me a great looking car (2016 Ford fusion) with a sunroof at an amazing price. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at this location. Fast, super friendly, and great coffee! Lol

The absolute worst car rental experience I have ever had! Made my reservation more than 24-​hours prior to be picked up at repair shop at 2pm. By 2:15pm no one had arrived or called. I called them to see where my ride was. They told me they were busy, only 2 people working & they could pick me up it had no cars available. I asked them why no one called to notify me prior? Manager said they were short staffed. 45 minutes later I got picked up in a car with no air conditioner. The guy drive like a bat out of hell with the windows down. I get to Enterprise & still no car. Still waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time.
The absolute worst experience ever. My body shop suggested I use Hertz next time & I think I will. Enterprise has just lost my respect & my business!

Have used them many times in the past, they are pretty busy but the employees will take care of you one way or another.
Not a bad location for enterprise, I have to admit they are pretty efficient here. Give the managers and staff props.
