I was looking for someone to install 6 security cameras around my residential home, and decided to go with dr computer after speaking with Hansel. Hansel himself was polite, friendly and very helpful. The install is extremely professional, and operates flawlessly. I now have 6 poe cameras connected to an nvr, which I can now view from my iPhone. This is definitely the best deal anywhere for security cameras.

We heard of Dr Computer through a friend. I emailed them and received a personal phone call within a few hours the same day. They were very informative and answered every question we had. We had security cameras installed by Hansel this weekend and were more than pleased with his service! He was able to come out within the same week that we called, which was great. The cameras are great quality, and you can tell the installation is professionally done. We haven’t seen any price that can beat his! He explained everything after installing and helped us understand the DVR, all of the different options, and setting up on our phone. We’ve already recommended his service to several people. They were great all around!

First off, as an IT guy, it pains me when I come to a task I either can’t do myself or a task like this one that I did not want to tackle. Luckily, I found Hansel and Dr. Computer Service. Working within my schedule, Hansel came by my house and did a walkthrough at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday to ensure we were on the same page as to what I needed done. We set a time on Friday to start work. They showed up on time, got to work and by Friday afternoon all the cable runs and most of the cameras were mounted. They came back Saturday and finished up. I noticed some issues with the cabling ends not being crimped properly. I pointed it out to Hansel who corrected those minor issues quickly. Hansel is professional, courteous and hard working. I got quick, honest, and affordable service for a task I’ve been putting off for about a year. My neighbor was so impressed that they are considering having Hansel install cameras at their house. Thanks Hansel!

Hansel is very professional. I sent him an email on a tuesday morning and he called me that same evening to schedule an appointment to see how much it will cost me. He is very flexible with scheduling when you want the installation to take place. He arrives on time and finished before the scheduled time he had said. Cameras are nice, they are night vision and very clear. I would highly recommend him.

I scheduled an initial appointment with Hansel and within 24 hours he had installed 5 exterior security cameras, a dvr and installed my ring doorbell. He was extremely professional, punctual, trustworthy and affordable. He was patient and spent the time to explain how everything worked and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.
I would highly recommend him and he will be my first call for anything we need to do with computers and electronics.

I highly recommend Dr. Computer Service. From the first meeting until the job was complete, Hansel walked me through all the details. Several installers I previously spoke to were either looking for the maximum upsell or plain condescending. With his company, I was welcome to ask even the most trivial questions and once the job started, everything was handled professionally. Even mid-​job changes were handled with a great attitude. As another review stated, he is very good about working around work schedules, which is a huge plus. Would definitely use their services again!

John Hansel was the camera technician who installed outdoors cameras at our residence. He was very professional, friendly, and patient he informed us on how to use the security system, he also help us install the APP on our cell phones. Although my husband asks him a hundred thousand questions he remains professional, and answers each and every question in a professional manner. The cameras are very nice, and the pictures are crystal clear. We will highly recommend Dr Computer Service to anyone who is interesting in purchasing home or business security.

. This company is awesome. They did a very professional installation of the 8 security cameras at my house. I love the new system they have installed, no wire expose, great camera placement, no blind spot. Thanks for the great job. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed… fYI i think they sould rename their name to «Dr Computer/​Surveillance Services»
