Worst chickfilA EVER! I’m used to the traffic constantly flowing since they are known for having their process down.
We stopped by to get breakfast and were disappointed to hear that they don’t serve breakfast. WHAT!!! Since when? Anyway, we didn’t want lunch, but we couldn’t just leave. There were two lanes, but it merged into one, and there is no way out once you’re in line! We had to stay in this slow moving drive-​thru lane. Smh

You know, This Chick Fil A used to be super good! Recently they have definitely not been up to par though, which is very disappointing because its the only one close to my job. Every time I go to get lunch, breakfast, whatever, I sit in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, yes I know it’s busy, but ChickFilA is known for their super fast service regardless of the amount of customers they have. Every time I pull up to place my order I am almost never greeted by anyone, I have to say «Hello?» 4 times before someone asked if they can take my order. When I pull up to the window to get my food there are at least 6 people standing in the window, one taking my money, one handing me food, one asking if I want sauce, etc… I’m not sure why there is such a delay in moving people through the drive through if they have so many working there. I wouldn’t normally complain about a fast food restaurant but compared to all the other ChickFilA’s I have been to, this one is definitely the most disappointing! Do not go here if you’re on a lunch break or need to get somewhere in a hurry! You sometimes might end up waiting almost half an hour before getting your food!

No major quarrels about this location. I always do drive-​thru. Food always tastes fresh and car lane moves quickly.
Only con is that they don’t always give you ketchup in your bag. It’s happened more Than once. That’s why they lose a star.

I ordered a party platter of nuggets and a gallon of lemonade. They were fast, friendly and efficient with my order. I would definitely use this location again. The location is nice, clean and convenient.

I absolutely love this Chikfila location. The staff is always extremely friendly. The food has always been served hot and fresh. Most importantly, the cookies are alwsys warm and gooey… YES! On one of my recent visits, a guy and his son showed up in street clothes and started walking around talking to customers and employees, looking at tables, then walked through the back of the store. The employees seemed to really like him. Well on the way out I noticed the sign in the entry way with him and his family on it… he is the franchise owner. It was refreshing to see the owner stop by for visist like this.

This location is great. They are quick, accurate, friendly, and the food tastes great.

Here is the beef. Sandwiches and fries arrived at the table as soon as we sat down. Yes, you guessed it. Everything was cold. Surely they had been prepared and sitting for a while. They remade them for us but it shouldn’t have happened at the first place.

I have tried to give this place a fair chance, but every time I come here my food is cold or barely hot.

Although place is crowded, service is great. Food always tastes delicious and freshly made and workers come around table to check up on u

My one and only suggestion for this place would be to stop making milkshakes and anything with ice cream for the customer UNTIL they get to the drive thru window! I don’t exactly like melted ice cream…

They didn’t do a very good job remodeling. The order area is to small and to much space was take for the sitting area. This location has gotten worse not better. I find the remodel disappointing.

This place is so good it is jammed pack but service is great! We ate inside and one of the employees actually came around and refilled out drinks. Awesome!

Customer service from this fast food chain never fails, great service! All employees including managers are so happy and welcoming. Facility is kept clean every time I bring my children here. Food is always hot and fresh. What more to say?

This is the only fast food chain in Houston my husband and I go to. Love it. Thank you ChicFilA for being a grade above the rest.

Not the best location but they get it right 90% of the time. I usually order grilled chicken nuggets, fries, and a large sweet tea. Occasionally, they will undercooked the grilled nuggets so they are a little questionable. It has only happened to me a few times but it made me nervous and is didn’t eat them. Typically the food here is great though and the sweet tea is always well made. Fries could use some salt on them at times. This location is very clean: bathrooms, floors, each table inside. The parking is decent.

Well today i decided to treat myself to a very tasty meal. I thought about going to five guys but then i remembered my last review of the not so good burger and under cooked fries. So thats when my brain was like ding ding ding Chickfila never disappoints plus i wanted an amazing milkshake.
So i ordered the very spicy and delis chicken sandwhich just plain because i usually do it up with some chickfila sauce, a lil light mayo and a smudge of mustard. So good…
The fries were a nice compliment to my spicy sandwhich with some heinz ketchup
I also got three chicken tenders i dipped them in chickfila sauce and man they were to die for. So while i was eating them i felt like they could use some of the hotsauce that they offer as it would add some more flavor to the already great taste.
Last but not least i wanted to try the cookie sundae. It was small but didnt disappoint. but next time i will try and order plain icecream in a cup. Anyway i hope this helps someone enjoy a good meal for only $ 10.

I go here every morning for the chicken biscuit.
The staff is VERY friendly and I always get my food the way I like it. This location is perfect for a quick bite when there’s not a lot of time in hand.
Highly recommended.

Man, I love Chick-​Fil-​A. I mean, I love it so much I told my husband he should buy a Chick-​Fil-​A, because we’d save a ton of money if he could just bring me home CFA every day. Unfortunately, he vetoed that idea, but I’m still holding on…
The staff at CFA is always so friendly and welcoming. I know that a lot of their responses are «scripted» (‘my pleasure’ to anyone’s ‘thank you’, for example) but still, the staff go above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP every time I’m here — which is several times a week :-)
You might be thinking «gee, Melinda R., why only 4 stars if you love the place so much?» Well, my fellow Unilocaler, that’s because I have, on occasion, had pretty bad service here. I’m not sure if it was because of one manager, or they were short-​staffed, but about once every quarter I’ll have a less-​than-​perfect experience. The credit card machines will stop working, the food will take over 10 minutes to come out, the food will be cold or wrong when I get it… CFA is usually very quick to correct any issues, but it’s still a bit of a pain when you had to wait 10 minutes for your fast food and then it’s wrong. To their credit, I haven’t run into this issue in about 4 months, so perhaps they corrected whatever was causing the hic-​cups.
Be warned — this place gets slammed during lunch time. And there are children running around EVERYWHERE. If barefoot kids bother you, take your food to go, or sit on the other side of the restaurant, far from the kiddie play area.
Now I really want to go to CFA for lunch.

I haven’t had this in a few months due to my nutrition plan but LAWWWWWWD this is amazing!
I tried it for the first time when I came to Houston a few months ago and I fell in love. The spicy chicken sandwich had me hooked. As in I wanted it anytime I was supposed to eat lol.
This location is great. Clean and tidy. The service is excellent. The staff walk around and make sure you are good on refills and sauces napkins etc. How many other fast food joints can you say really do that?
I always have dined in but from what I can see around dinner time just driving by, they def get busy at the drive through.
Lunch time is pretty decent though, you can be in and out pretty quick!
Def must go!

oh my goodness every time I go to chick fil la they the attendants are always respectable and happy to serve me my food.
The lady even said «my pleasure to serve you» She’s the real MVP.
