If you like chicken, than this is the place to come for a the ultimate chicken sandwich. A chain with morals, who is Christian based and doesn’t open on Sunday’s. Who supports schools when kids get good grades by giving them free food. I love this place.

So I’ve reviewed a bunch of chick fil a locations around the Houston area, and they’ve all received 4 or 5 stars from me. However, one single employee from this location rubbed me the wrong way so much that I am giving this location one star.
The employee Teresa needs a severe attitude change. When I was placing my order, she was very short with me and essentially treated me like she didn’t want to talk to me. I thought she may have been having a bad day, but I learned differently when I was sitting at a table where I could observe how she interacted with other customers.
What I saw was disturbing. Essentially, she’s a pleasant employee only to specific demographics of people. Whenever an ethnic minority was ordering, Teresa had a completely different personality. When I needed a refill, she completely ignored me when I was standing at the counter holding my cup with the lid removed. But she openly acknowledged others who needed a refill. I’ve never left a chick fil a with such a bad (metaphorical) taste in my mouth.

I’m in here at least a couple times a month. Staff is always friendly and they greet you with a smile but that’s fairly typical of every Chic-​Fil-​A. Service is quick, tables/​chairs are in good shape, and bathrooms are clean. Food of course is really good as long as you like chicken. They even hold events every once in awhile. I think one weekend they even had the monster truck Grave Digger in the parking lot!
Definitely recommend this location… these guys are awesome!

Food was good, quick, and fresh. Exactly what you expect from Chic-​Fil-​A

Chick-​fil-​A is Chick-​fil-​A, and Chick-​fil-​A is bae. Nothing new about that. This location is conveniently located in a big center (yay for 2 lane drive-​thrus), and the food is typically hot, crispy, and delicious. If you’re new, go with the standard #1 with a sweet tea. If you’re all about the chicken like I am, I recommend the chicken strips (#6). I have, however, had a few tiny issues with drive thru orders here. There’s nothing like reaching into the bag you’ve been inhaling waffle fry air out of for the frantic 15 minute drive home only to discover that they forgot your precious Chick-​fil-​A sauces. And ketchup. Or your straw. Don’t get me wrong, the service is friendly and generally outstanding, but maybe just park and go inside to make sure you don’t face similar tragedies.

For fast food, it’s by far your best option. Friendly staff, quick service and all the food just seems that little step above their competitors. Spicy Deluxe Meal. Hidden gem is their chocolate chunk cookies.

Service is good. The people working in the drive thru are very polite and kind. In my experience they’re so polite that they deserve a tip! They have never got my order wrong. Nothing to complain about this chick-​Fil-​a

The resturant is very clean, everything is great. Luis is great man in the cashier. I wish all the restaurant learn from this branch

It’s been a while since I have been here. I found a great selection of low cal options, food was good, but what I really liked was the service! Unexpected in fast food establishment. Highly recommended!

Great service inside and thru the drive thru. Fast and efficient folks who love their jobs. I have been here over and over and never once had a wrong order. I would have to say that this is my go to fast food while in the medical center.
There is a lot of traffic thru this place so be prepared inside or outside. They have two lanes and like I said earlier are very efficient staff.
Their menu is chicken and more chicken so if your looking for beef good luck. I love breakfast here and usually get the simply orange orange juice with my number 1/​with cheese or #7 if you like eggs and bagels.
Well if you got to this spot you will be spoiled.

Great location, warm customer service, and delicious spicy chicken sandwich.

Food served cold. One ketchup for each customer regardless the number of meals. Try for yourself, I’m sure that most of you observed that.

What else can you expect from Chick Fil A. Excellent food, clean restaurants, and warm, friendly service.

I’m a fan of ChickFila no matter what. This is a Great location! Perfect place to bring kiddos after school for a snack and a bit of playtime. Every day after 3:30, this place is overrun with kids and their parents. It’s free wifi for the parents and provides a much needed break for the adults.
Friendly staff, clean facility, fresh food all the time. A complete winner!

I am SUPER happy that we live around the corner from here now. It seems they stay busy non-​stop; I never seem them with a line. The drive-​thru line here moves very fast though even with 2 lanes open at times.
I have had 2 problems with drive-​thru orders here, and both were rectified by management after a phone call. Ryan, a manager, is quick to take action and rectify the situation while being professional and courteous.
They are very accommodating especially when I request a Chargrilled Chicken Biscuit; you heard that right. It is so much better than the regular. The Chargrilled Chicken breast is super tender, juicy flavorful and grilled to perfection; I can’t seem to get enough of it. I also LOVE their Chargrilled Nuggets as well and of course the Chargrilled sandwhich.
The fries are always crispy, never soggy. Condiments are always offered; and if you’re specific about a quantity, they oblige and don’t leave you out cold. The drive-​thru employees are always super chipper and always greet you with a smile and are very courteous.

My favorite fast food ever! I love the nuggets and original chicken sandwich here. I like the cold chicken sandwich too and the coleslaw is awesome. The staff is always friendly when I go in and the service is lightning fast. As far as drinks, the sweet tea and lemonade is tops! They have good desserts too such as their shakes. The fries are unique and I really dig that. As far as I can see there is only two draw backs; long lines and being closed on Sundays. I can’t knock them for either one though. The lines just show the high demand for the product and you can’t knock anyone for practicing according their beliefs. Love this place when I have a craving for chicken quickly.

My weakness… and always cravings on Sunday when they are closed.
I dont frequent fried food.
Though they do it right every time… minus putting the correct condiments in the bag.
Next time I’ll look.

3 stars only because they discontinued Chicken Tortilla Soup. Bring it back and you get 5 stars.

This franchise is located in the parking lot across the street from my parish church. It offers the same clean diligent space for their rightfully famous chicken sandwiches. As other Unilocalers have noted it is wise to double check any drive thru orders to make sure they don’t forget your sauces/​ketchups. Other than that no complaints.
