Allstate Siding and Windows

Salesman is most personable and sells on the fact they excel in customer service.
When you have a problem, forget getting any help. Or, that has been my experience.
I have not had a single return call. I’ve called on each occasion and they meant to call, but just had too many other issues. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! Supposedly, NT Windows salesman is going to fix my issue, but I’m told the «missing pieces» will go to Allstate’s location. I’ll believe it when it happens.
I’m very disappointed because the installer and his team are top notch. I would not recommend this company. Cindy Sitterle

I was pretty interest after I met with Jeff. He was friendly and showed his product well.
We got a quote for the back windows. Which was pretty costly of an investment.
He had such a great conversation with my husband that he left his notebook at the house. It was pretty challenging since we had to make arrangement so he can get it since it had all his quotes and meetings notes.
This should have been my first to realize he was not as organized. So the company followed up and we express how it was costly to do all the windows. So Jeff offered and said we normally have a minimum of 4 windows but because I want you to love and be sold on the windows I can do the 3 bay windows to start.
So he told us about the story about his client that got other windows and it leaked and got his and it was better. He was so confident that once we get his windows we would order more. So my husband and I waited for the contract and out the money aside for these great windows. Months passes not a call. Then out of the blue their office called me and I said that we were still waiting on Jeff. So they said he will call me. Never did. Then months passed again they called and I said the same thing.
Finally after 10 months today he calls with a rude attitude and said we have a minimum of 4 and the price increased.
Shocking to me that he was the one saying he would do three and I would love it and he is not worried because he can sell me more.
Basically after this experience you know you can trust them if they can’t even commit to their word nor call you back.
The company is just probably too small and Jeff is his only sales person.

Allstate was a joy to work with from beginning to end in replacing some siding and 5 new windows. I filled out the online form and Mary got back to be the next morning and scheduled Jimmy to come out. Jeff called the day before to confirm time. Jimmy showed up on time and was a joy to work with as he brought miniature working windows so that I could pick the ones I wanted. He also had brochures describing the different types of siding. After I had met with two other companies I had a few more questions and Jimmy once again came out and answered everything. My gut told me to go with Allstate: family owned; mid-​sized; good price, and; good people. I wasn’t disappointed.
Since it’s hard for me to take off doing the week they agreed to come on a Saturday and do the windows and the siding. The windows had to be ordered and would take about a month. I didn’t hear from them within exactly a month, but I wasn’t surprised when I called that due to the winter storms up by Dallas (where NT Windows are manufactured) that they would not be in for another week or so. Once they were in Jeff called to schedule but again the weather played a role in delaying things so it was agreed that the windows would be put in one day and the siding another.
The windows were put in on a Saturday morning. The crew arrived EARLY (I was still in bed). Marco, Tony and the guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even managed to put the alarm sensors onto the new windows which saving me $$$ (Joy!) as I didn’t have to call out ADT. Siding was put in on a week day as I did not have to be there. It was done by the time I got home and once again everything was neat and clean. They did forget to replace a downspout but one phone call and it was done the next day.
I will definitely call Allstate again when I want the rest of my windows and siding replaced.
