1st Class Steamers

Just want to say a big «Thank You» to the previous three reviewers Doris D., Lyea D. and Brittany S. for recommending Eric of 1^st Class Steamers to me. Not only did he showed up on time, he also did exactly what he said he would do for me which was to clean my carpets thoroughly just the way I wanted it. Due to the fact that he did such a good job, I decided to let him clean the carpet for my car too at the same time. Like the other reviewers, I just could not get any big companies to response to me service request in a prompt manner. Therefore, I decided to look for a company on Unilocal and that’s where I found 1^st Class Steamers LLC.

I called a few different steam cleaners after searching on Unilocal,and ultimately chose Eric with 1^st Class Steamers. Eric was very friendly, accessible, flexible with dates and times, and had the most reasonable prices. After booking an appointment, I had to reschedule and it wasn’t a problem at all. He came by on New Years Eve day and got my stairs, rugs, and living room furniture steam cleaned fairly quickly and very nicely. The only complaint I have is that everything took a bit longer to dry than we expected, but it wasn’t soaking wet and it all looked really good! We’ll definitely be using 1^st Class again in the future.

I contacted 1^st Class Steamers via email after reading the reviews on Unilocal,and I’m very pleased. The quote was exactly what I was charged, and the work was fantastic. Eric arrived 10 minutes early (Yay!) and was professional and knowledgeable. The carpets he cleaned were in terrible shape (owners left in a hurry and I don’t know if they had ever been cleaned) and now they are serviceable. I will definitely use this company again for any other cleanings. Thanks Lynette and Eric!

This morning, I called a few companies based on Unilocal reviews before deciding on 1^st Class Steamers since most of the companies has minimum charges regardless. However, when I called Eric, he sounded genuine and gave me an estimate over the phone and told me he can come by an hour later to reconfirm his quote, and not 4 hours window which was wasting my time like other carpet cleaning companies. He was on time in fact.
Anyway, my gut was telling me that Eric is the one and glad that I did. I am so pleased with the result. All my pet stains were gone for good! Eric is professional and his charges is reasonable with great working attitude. He really takes pride in what he is doing and doing it right for the first time is very important to me as a client. I would highly recommended him to anyone who is looking for carpet cleaning. From now on, I know who to call when I need carpet cleaning.
