This place is a welcome reprieve after a long day of travels… It’s a newer hotel — one of the renovated«work/play» Courtyard Marriott hotels. I love the fresh features: bar/dining area, comfortable living spaces(couches, dining, etc.) downstairs, convenient semi-private work areas. The new room configurations are GREAT too! We selected an Extended King — the room is huge. I can’t speak to the size of the other varieties, but I’m extremely pleased with the layout, furniture, amenities, use of space… LOTS of good things here guys. Plentiful outlets — two plug-ins + one USB port on each side of the bed = both travelers will have a space to charge their devices conveniently right beside the bed. The furniture! Gosh… Super well thought out too. The desk space is moveable and on wheels. That made it easy to roll over to the loveseat/curved mini couch. I happily worked from here for a couple hours while I watched the TV(which extends and is on a pivot). I’ve never felt so compelled to say great things about a hotel room’s features before… but these guys really nailed it. I look forward to seeking out additional Courtyard hotels in the future. *high fives all around* Expectations exceeded.

Clean, modern, new! Friendly young brunette was helpful, sweet and sincere. My service dog and I are staying here this weekend. Room is clean and bed and pillows are comfortable. I appreciate that the lot is well lit(completely surrounding the hotel) and I frequently take my service dog down to potty. Nothing is worse than walking around in the dark as a young woman. The room seems new and I like the modern décor. I probably won’t be coming back to little rock as this is a work trip but I was surprised by the negative reviews when visiting this hotels Unilocal page. I see nothing wrong here. Friendly staff, clean and modern hotel, reasonable rates. Can’t get much better. Thanks Marriott

New, open only 3 months — Clean and staff nice. Room a bit sticky. Humid in room and not sure why. Hotel is tucked off road and can be easily missed. Plenty of parking and the room is design very nicely. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

Our experience has been in line with the Marriott brand. People were helpful and nice, check in was a breeze, and the rooms were clean and modern. This hotel is kind of tucked away off the main drag, but we had no problems finding it. The lobby is very large with lots of places to sit and get some work done. Not just rows of tables, but very nice built in seating and plenty of nooks where you can work or just watch the world go by. Two things I really liked about the hotel are how quiet the rooms were, and the shower was very nice. I’ll be staying here when back in Hot Springs again!

My family had a reservation, called to confirm when we arrived in Hot Springs, were told we did not have a reservation, and that no rooms were available. So we booked a room at a different Marriott in Little Rock, @25 miles away. Then we got a bill saying we failed to cancel our room in Little Rock, almost $ 200.00. Numerous phone calls up the food chain, and still no satisfaction. The weekend manager, Kim has called us liars. The general manager refuses to call us back or accept our calls. Marriott national has been friendly and understanding, but is still looking into it. I’ve been a Marriott rewards member for years(Silver right now) and have stayed all over the country. This is the most poorly trained and rude staff I have ever encountered. Update. They have agreed to reimburse us, but require verification of payment to reverse the charge. Our on-line account doesn’t show the full credit card number or our name, and this is unacceptable to them as evidence of payment. Apparently they can’t look at their files to see if we paid them that night. We have to wait until we receive the end of month bill and send the PDF file. Sigh. Many, many phone calls and emails later and still no charge reversal.

First the good — Brand new hotel with fresh modern lobby. Staff are poorly trained, snarky and unhelpful — a disgrace to the Marriott brand. I watched a pregnant woman with a small child request a high chair, and they told her to get it herself. She later requested a shuttle ride to a local car dealership(something the hotel offers guests for free), and was told ‘Call Nissan, they have a shuttle. Rooms are tiny.
