Great place. Clean, quiet, everything works. People are friendly and helpful. The mattress was comfortable; it is conveniently located.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The staff is SO helpful and SO kind. The woman at the front desk that helped us, Christie, is so awesome. She is so darn sweet and very very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are well stocked. The parking lot is very well lit. This hotel is in a great quiet neighborhood. They have a nice hot tub and pool. We had no problems while staying here. Christie was always there to help.
When I come to Hot Springs, this is THE ONLY hotel I will ever stay at. I’m one happy camper (:

Spent 3 nights in Hot Springs and chose this hotel for its clean rating. It was cleaner than most, but not spotless. The coffee maker had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There were crumbs in the refrigerator and fingerprints on almost every shiny surface in the room. In the bathroom there was a short black hair in the shower and the coffee pot was not cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly quiet. The phone on the bedside table didn’t work and it was fixed right away and there was no ice on the floor, but again fixed right away. I asked for a late checkout when I booked the room and I was told to ask when I arrived. I asked 3 times during my trip and was told «ask tomorrow.» Today –the final day– still no answer but the last person I asked didn’t seem pleased about me asking. I give up. We did enjoy the large room and the location. I might return but again I’ll bring sanitizing wipes.
My main complaints are: Dust everywhere. Tv can barely be heard with air on because it doesn’t get very loud and the air is very noisy. Very few channels. We were in no smoking room, but on the last night the room filled with a strong smoke odor that lingered. Heavy smokers must have been in the next room. We went down for the free breakfast at 7:30 every morning and as vegans, didn’t have much of a choice. The orange juice was already gone and the tongs for the bread were also used for donuts and other dairy pastries. Since my daughter is allergic to dairy and can’t have anything cross contaminated, we brought bread from our room and just used the packaged peanut butter and she drank apple juice. Again, no non-​dairy creamers for the coffee, so I went to Starbucks that was less than a mile away. Our rate was $ 112 per night plus tax and I was told by another craft show vendor that she had a room at Clarion on the lake that was really nice for $ 69 per night.

We stayed here for a weekend. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were in a suite with 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable. They offered a free breakfast that was more than expected. They had fresh waffles, biscuits, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and much much more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took our son swimming in the indoor pool one afternoon. It was nice, and warm. The hot tub was kind of dirty but I think that was due to the kids playing in it earlier. We saw 4 – 5 kids swimming and playing earlier in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Decent price. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, room was clean and smelled nice. Entire hotel was 100% non-​smoking so that was obviously a plus. Staff was helpful, amenities were plentiful. Full breakfast in the AM, and it was Above average for a hotel breakfast. I recommend.

Spent a weekend here and enjoyed the stay very much. The room was large, with great amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The desk clerks were very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Large clean rooms, decent rates, close to everything!

This was the most comfortable bed we have ever had at a hotel! That alone is worth 5 stars!
Add to it lovely rooms that were clean, lots of pillows on the bed plus two extra in the closet, well-​stocked bathrooms (plenty of towels), a free hot breakfast that was decent (self-​serve), heated indoor pool and hot tub with towels available for use, and friendly staff… this is the way all hotels should be.
When we travel back to Hot Springs, which we plan to do often, we will definitely be staying here again!
