Yes that’s right. My first review ever in my life (30 years of living) and this dentist has driven me to do one. I would never think that this «Doctor» could lose most of his control. There definitely were other factors but from the moment he stepped into the room he was not his normal chattering self (4 previous appointments within two years, each time with a smile and sincerity). Without saying even a hello, he proceeded with taking 4 x-​rays. As for the reasoning of my visit, I had chipped one of my 2 front teeth, doing something that obviously I should not have and the result was a little chip at the bottom of the upper tooth. Upon showing it I explained what happened. Now I was late to this appt. With a call 5min before it saying I would be running late. I chose the words «I have a Quarle about this other cracked tooth» «a what?» He said. An issue was my revised words. I explained from his personal view (smooth and not jagged) and shaping of anyone’s teeth without asking ok or not. Had taken material down to where the tooth that cracked had more contact and there in lies my issue. Mr. Wong proceeded with with a threatening «So you don’t want me to work on your teeth? «Calmly I said that’s not what I would like.
As he started to clean my gumlines he was very rushed action with a non-​caring touch to my mouth region. As I have not been keeping up with my oral hygiene my gums were bad. As squirmed in the chair and tried to ask him to slow down just a bit, he had to get up and, what seemed to me, decide weather or not to attack me. Standing with his foot tapping he shortly decided to continue. He finished the the cleaning and with a tone of a teacher scolding a student defended his actions. His last words I think you should get another Dentist and left.
I’m not sure what I’m going to do. Any suggestions out there?
