Sushi-Bites Delicatessen and Catering

I patronize Sushi-​Bites, each 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday, at the Mililani Tech Park Farmers Market. I always buy the boneless Kalbi bento, ahi-​tofu patties and if available, sushi rice. Great food and very reasonable prices. One day, I hope to travel to the restaurant in town.

I had such high hopes reading about this «Hot and New» restaurant on Unilocal.First of all as you enter, there are not empty tables for diners, but a l9ng table with bento on it. the lady behind the bento table greeted me and I asked her for a reccomendation. Bento it was, so she took a prepared bento to the counter and I asked her it is was OK if I ate at the counter by the window. She said it was, the plaxe is not really inviting. It is set up more like a store than a resaurant.
I picked a diet Coke and was rung up. she pushed the bento toward me and I was thinking ’ didn’t you forget something. .” So I put my hand on it and it was room temperature. So asked her to heat it. She informed me that the container can’t go in the microwave and besides bento are usually served room temp. So I told her I would not eat cold rice and noodles and asked cor my money back, it was refunded and off to Zippys I went.

So many delicious, wonderful things to eat! The Kim chee inari sushi is amazing, the bentos are so tasty and such a good price. They also serve breakfast — I’ve only tried the croissant sandwich and waffle dog (which were both winners) but I definitely want to try everything else. I’ll be back for sure!

We stopped in right around noon on their grand opening. They had a full selection of assorted bentos available, perfect for grab-​and-​go! We had the spicy chicken, chow fun and fried chicken. Everything was delicious! They also offer catering for bigger events. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Love their ahi tofu patty! So ono! Also try their spicy chicken. Very good flavor. Very clean. Going back to try everything:) Extra friendly family owned business. Definitely sending over my family and friends.

Brand spanking new location in the same building as People’s Café near the Pali Longs and Safeway. A good friend who worked at Safeway told us about this new business so we decided to check it out. The partner in crime and I had the lucky honor of being their first customer! Yay!
The menu consists of mainly bentos and sushi (hence the sushi-​bites name). They had a kimchee spam musubi which I haven’t seen before as well as edamame inari and spicy inari. I loved the spicy inari as well as their fried rice bento. Good flavor on the fried rice :)
Service was nice as they explained their products and what they hope to have in the future.
Just a note, cash only for now… solid 4.5 (but 5 stars since I can’t give a half on Unilocal)
