This building houses H&M, Top of Waikiki, Sky Bar and many local businesses. You will not have access to the building until 6am, and the gate closes approximately around 11pm. The elevators are always sketchy, constantly having problems with them, and false fire alarms go off pretty randomly. Despite that, they have a good weekend flat rate parking at $ 5 between 7am-​6pm. If you need to park outside of those times it will be $ 2.50 per half hour (!!!) and it closes at midnight so get your car out before then. You can access the parking via seaside and it’ll be your first right on your right.

I pretty much grew up in this building. LoL. My parents’ office has been in this building since I was… well, as far as I can remember!
Recently it has gone through some major renovations and so it looks really nice! Oh, and the building offers flu shot sessions within the building so I’ve had my last few flu shots done here!
You can never miss this building! It’s the one with the revolving restaurant on top!
