The Pacific Place Tea Garden

Ordered Kona coffee gelato & Machato green tea with gelato.
Both were good. The picture make them look so good, it’s hard to resist them. LOL
I will try something else next time.

At $ 5.95 for a regular sized lemonade with berries and sherbert, it better be good!
Which is why I never stray away from this drink, as there’s no chancing that amount of money (and calories) for a drink that I may not like.
This lemonade is the perfect cure all for the hot summer days we’ve been having (and that humidity– the change in humidity coming from vacationing in Vegas left me sweating like a pig just from walking around at Ala Moana). Refreshing, crisp, not too sweet, with the perfect amount of zing to it. The fresh berries are also a nice touch, just watch out for them when using the force of the straw.
My mom also saw that they had lemon bundt cake and red velvet cupcakes that she swears is the same as the Sam’s Club one (can anyone else verify this? Or is this just my Mom’s imagination?) Haven’t tried the macarons though, too busy feening for a refreshing drink as I was in dire need.

I love this place! The teas are yummy, the French macarons are wonderful and the staff is helpful and friendly.
It’s a great place to stop and have a treat or lunch break at the mall.
The day after Valentine’s Day, I went shopping at Ala Moana Shopping Center and decided to have lunch and a cuppa at the Pacific Place Tea Garden. I got the lunch special for $ 8.95 — an egg salad sandwich, a cup of tea (iced decaf earl grey), and a bag of chips (French onion sun chips)… And a bag of heart French macarons (5 for $ 5.95).
The sandwich was full of egg and fresh spinach and very tasty! It also came with a few fresh baby carrots. The tea was prepared to order using loose leave earl grey. Perfectly brewed and delicious! Not bitter or watered down. I finished my meal with a red velvet French macaron. Oh my! My new favorite dessert on Oahu! The macaron was soft and moist and chewy! Not too sweet and perfect with my cuppa! I’ll definitely be back for more. Single macarons come in different flavors like green tea, red velvet, chocolate, and strawberry guava for $ 2.50.
I’m so happy to have found a nice place to have a delicious cup of tea and French macarons. There are teas in lots of flavors so I’ll be back to try more!
Plus there’s lots of parking on the Sears side of the mall and a few tables that overlook the center stage.

Mmmm… Matcha green tea latte with matcha gelato. Ok, wake up little Jennie, you are asleep! Hold on; air sweet, slight breeze, blisters on flip-​flop happy feet and receipt in hand for over priced jewelry from one of numerous stores in Ala Moana mall… No sir-​y bob, I am not asleep, I am back on the Island! And that slime green latte adorned with floating blob of green goo, which is melting by the moment, is for real! Trust me when I tell you it is good, full of goodness and worth every penny people!
And if you really want to treat your taste buds (and loosen those bikini strings), throw all caution to the wind and sink your pretty teeth into the soft, fluffy, sweet as sin, jelly filled strawberry and guava macaroons. Maybe it’s the salty sea air breezing in from the pacific but these cylinders of excellence are on par with any I have searched out. Oh, and I do search for them… often. And with astounding purpose. What? My therapist says its better then my last obsession ;)

My name is Courtney and I am addicted to tea. I love all types of tea. Green, black, oolong, you name it! This has quickly become my go to tea place while I’m shopping at Ala Moana.
The staff are always very friendly. Sometimes there are samples out for their tea. I haven’t had a tea here that I didn’t like. My very favorite is iced green matcha tea. Just enough caffeine to let me shop until I drop. Actually who am I kidding? I love all the green tea varieties here. I’ve actually tried all of them!
I also love their banana bread. It is so moist and goes well with most teas.
