Swatch Store

had visited this Swatch store in search of «Fukubukuro» bags on January 1^st. Jess was helping us and pointed out that certain bags had the medium sized watchface, while others had the small «ladies» size. she took notice of the particular Swatch my wife was wearing and asked if she collects them. Jess went into the back and assembled/​retrieved a bag with large faced watches, as that’s my wife’s preference.
Ala had rung us up and remembered us from our prior visits to the store, even though it had been several, several months since we had last purchased.
service was great and we were very pleased with how these two ladies we interacted with had gone out of their way for us, without us asking for anything different. we will continue to visit and purchase from them for years to come

I love Swatch! This shop is located in the Hyatt Recency Hotel across of Waikīkī Beach. They’re open all year round from 9am-​11pm.
The employees are very knowledgeable about the watches they sell. All the watches are water resistant and can go down up to 100 feet or 30 meters of water. It also comes with a 2 year international warranty. They have a variety of watches ranging from casual, sporty, and sophisticated fun. They watches are extremely affordable, pricing from $ 45 and up and they even have kids watches, which are their FlikFlak Brand!

Wide selection of Swatch products in a very clean, contemporary, organized store. Chatted with a really cool sales guy here one time, which gave me a favorable impression of the store. No high-​pressure sales tactics, so I could take my time browsing leisurely.

Last minute Christmas gifts for my two daughters. Keren was awesome, best customer service ever! Really made an effort.

As for this branch of the Swatch chain, it is well laid out. You can enter from Kalakawa Ave and exit into the Hayat open air mall. They have awesome air conditioning, which aids in wanting to hanging around and eventually buying a new toy.
They range from the low to high end in prices for a mid-​range fashion item. There was a new gold tone watch that just came in and it was in the hundreds. I liked it, though I have so many watches now that it would have to move heaven and earth to get me to dust off the American Express card to buy another one.
I enjoy collecting watches. We all have our toys and trinkets we like to collect. For me, it’s watches and small electronics. Here, the staff is knowledgeable. I didn’t catch the young man’s name that worked there though he knows a lot about the field. Without a second glance, from a distance, he knew I was wearing a Rolex. Keen eye. I liked his salesmanship and he knew something about each watch I stopped and looked at.
When I return, which I will, I think I will get a simple, slim, colored watch. Something for exercise and of rubber composition. They had a few under $ 100, so that’s the plan.
So, as I rambled on and on here, I should get to it and say for you to stop here. It’s roomy, air conditioned, has a really large selection of watches, and the man is very helpful.

Sis and I had a great time admiring the watches, and both walked out with a very girly watch. Surprise, I always thought Swatch was a sports watch. They have changed. Service was awesome, and watches were reasonably priced.

Eugy and I got dropped off on Kalakaua by the dolphin excursion bus and I saw Swatch. I have a secret love for swatch. I think their watches are just so unique and inventive and needless to say, COOL! So we stopped in. It was Valentine’s Day and our 1 year anniversary. We were in Hawaii to celebrate all of this and agreed that we wouldn’t buy each other gifts since we were on this trip. But then I saw a watch. It spoke to me. It really did…
So I gave Eugy the «I want this» eyes and said «I want this!» hah…
15 minutes later, we both walked out of the store with new watches. I bought his. He bought mine. Presents! I love presents!
The service here is top notch. Everyone was really friendly and super helpful. Great experience. And great selection!
