went to liliha subway on the 4th of Jan. ordered me a pastrami melt, the service first off sucked, the filipino lady was not even paying attention to what she was doing and when told I’d be better off buying the meal deal I took the bait and paid nearly 10 bucks! don’t go to this subway or any other one you F@**# ripoffs! Plus subway sponsors perverts! GFYS!

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE10 I would… WORSE customer service EVER!!! Not only that I caught one of the employee talking shit about my sister and I to another paying customer! How the fuck do you do that??? When we confronted her she told us another bullshit lie. All beacuse I wanted more vegetables on my sandwiches. One more thing all of the employees there were talking shit about my sister and I in Filipino while making our sandwiches!!! Like we didn’t understand.

Subway is subway. Every sandwich and soup tastes the same, but their service is SOMETHINGELSE. Literally, EVERY time that I’ve been to this Subway restaurant the workers give attitude and a stink look like they don’t want you there. Really? Don’t work there if you hate it that much. So annoying. Today, I went in after work to grab something to eat around 3. There was no other customer when I walked in. The worker seen me and told me she’d be right back… 5 minutes later –_– I ordered my food and she gave me attitude while she asked what vegetables I wanted and such. Then, she rings me up and tells me the total. I already had my card out and she tells me my total again even louder and with an attitude. REALLY?! How rude! So I handed her my card. Should’ve threw it at her. I HATETHESERVICE, But the location is convenient which is the only reason I go here. Ugh!

9 times out of 10 when I get home, my sandwich is a mess and falling apart. The bread is collapsed and I’m usually eating my sandwich with a fork on a plate. The quality of food preparation is horrible. The workers here are very rude inconsiderate. It’d be better if you go to Times next door. Avoid at all cost.

Sometimes I’m in the rare mood for a Subway sandwich. But, living in town, there aren’t a lot of convenient Subway locations to go to.(We used to go to the Subway on Nuuanu Avenue before it got booted out to make room for the new Walgreens and most of the other Subways in town only have street parking). So, we were pretty pleased to find this location in Liliha(by Times Supermarket). Lots of parking and you can do some grocery shopping or banking at the same time if you need to. The ladies at the counter have always been pleasant. And whenever I’ve gone, it hasn’t been crowded so I was in and out with my sandwiches in minutes.

Ordered a foot long cold cut and got only bologna. Service is ok. But never get the soup. Taste so water down and no flavor. Better off getting a can of chicken noodle soup from the store. They always try to get you to buy the meal. Ok for a quick sandwich but they need more types of sandwiches.

Service here is meh… Depending on the workers… certain workers are very nice and generous while some just looks like they don’t want u there.

Came at 11:30am on a Monday. The ingredients are fresh and they were decently generous with the vegetables. Workers were courteous.

What the hell is wrong with this Subway? I really like the location here but the attitude of the employees is just terrible. They always have a pissed off look like they don’t want you here. A simple«Hi,» «What can I get for you,» and«Thank you» is all you need to do. I don’t care about your life and you don’t care about mines. You need our business or else your business won’t survive.

I was craving a subway sandwich. Went into Liliha subway and asked for a foot long subway on wheat. Love subway because you can customize the sandwich to the way you want. I told her i didn’t want pickle, yellow banana peppers, jalapeño. Then the lady made a sly remark picky. I almost wanted to say keep your sandwich. I paid for mines and a friends sandwich and the same lady was going to give my change to my friend.(wow bad customer service skills) But i guess i was lucky compared to the couple behind us that got really bad service on a coupon.

Went to order their $ 6 sandwich. Black Forest Ham, Spinach, and Egg on Flatbread. Was constructed really well. You have a choice of either white or yellow eggs. Had mine with Spinach, jalapenos, olives, and provolone cheese. Ate it for Breakfast and Lunch today. Very filling.

My dad tricked me into coming here when he told me he was«taking me out for breakfast». What the heck, dad?! subway does not have breakfast… Oh, but they do. Well, I should say that they are open during the normal«breakfast hours» and they serve coffee. It’s just too weird getting all the veggies and condiments on a «breakfast sandwich». Also, I am an iced tea kind of girl. I hate soda, and actually look forward to getting iced tea when I go to places like McDonalds and Subway because I know its not that fake raspberry iced tea(it’s more like I like knowing what I’m getting into when I ask for an iced tea at those 2 places). Anyways, I order the breakfast sandwich special(6 inch breakfast sandwich with fountain drink or coffee for $ 4) thinking I’d be able to get my iced tea. WRONG. «We don’t make iced tea ’till ’11», says the grumpy lady behind the counter. Fine. I’ll drink water with my breakfast sandwich. :(

Small, only a couple of tables inside, but a lot more outside. The employees were extremely nice, and they actually listened when I said just a little mayo! Not a lot of parking, but if you live in town this is no news to you.

As much as I love going to Subway during the work week for lunch, there’s a limit to my sanity. It appears that this Subway location is staffed by the same two ladies everyday. Not like it is a bad thing, but still. This place is anchored in the small Liliha Square shopping mall, with the American Savings Bank towering nearby. I come to tha Subway location if I have work business at ASB and at the nearby FHB location on Liliha Street. If not, it’s almost always at Kam Shopping Center. The overall experience for this Subway was certainly not unique or new, but good overall. Parking is limited to the stalls for the entire mall. It tends to get busy at times, but doesn’t it always. Life does. The two Subway employees are always nice with a smile and do speedy service. Thumbs up!

It’s a subway. Kinda small. They aren’t stingy like some Subways.
