Had the opportunity to purchase dinner from Nani KIore at the Radford High School’s Food truck event.” Ram da Street?”. I got the Kim Chee, Pulled pork yakisoba. ONO … Gourmet Kimchee is also sold. Fresh and delicious. They also offer for sale,(Aloha Edibles) «Hasu Chips» and«Jerky Crisps». The jerky crisps is terrific. I know it’s wrong, but my two dogs love the«Jerky Crisps». Recommend Nani Kore to everyone.

«Bacon on fleek», said the girl who doesn’t like bacon. Just imagine the gooey-ness of mochi, the crunchy grilled bacon, and all in a teriyaki sauce on stick. No regrets! And don’t forget the kimchee fried rice and the pork sliders! At one point they had nori chopsticks which was pretty interesting.

Nani Kore Hawaii… the first time I tried their kim chee yakisoba was at the Ward Village Courtyard. They were one of the few food vendors providing food for the event. That day I watched THEHUNDREDFOOTJOURNEY with another Unilocaler. I told my friend«I’m craving for yakisoba and I don’t really care for sriracha sauce». LOL. I still ate the yakisoba dish since I was hungry. My first time attending the Eat The Street event at the Kaka’ako Waterfront Park I noticed the Nani Kore Hawaii booth. I seen one of my friends eating something really interesting… I just had to go get one for myself. I had the bacon wrapped mochi that comes on a stick. It was very delicious. My most recent visit and the latest Eat The Street event at Kaka’ako Waterfront Park… Nani Kore Hawaii was there again. I went straight to the booth for a bacon wrapped mochi stick at the 5pm hour. I went back to the booth for the kim chee yakisoba around the 7pm. One of the workers noticed me and said«Weren’t you here earlier today?» «Yes I was… I might as well have another bacon wrapped mochi to go as well.» If only I had known that Nani Kore Hawaii showed up at the Waianae Farmers Market… I would have visited them every Saturday morning. I recently found out that they will no longer set up a booth at the Waianae Farmers Market. I’ll have to visit their booth the next time I am at a Eat The Street event in Kaka’ako.

I LOVENANIKORE!!! The Kimchi itself is to die for. I bought a bunch for my family. My sister in law ate the entire bag in 2 days by herself lol. It has the right amount of everything. I love that it’s super fresh too. I have yet to try the baby bok and cucumber kimchi. Where it gets really good? The food they make on the grill. Right there. In front of you. I had the ahi nachos, sliders, and Yakisoba. I ate all of it in one sitting lol granted I was ridiculously full, but it was SOOO yummy. They have come up with new items since I been there so I have yet to try the other things. Like the fried rice with nori chop sticks. HOWGENIUSISTHAT?! Lol And the customer service is great. Kyoko and Jeff are super nice and funny! I follow them on Instagram to keep tabs of where they will be that week. It’s a bummer I usually miss them because I work when they are out, but I still check to see where they will be just in case I get free time.

Stopping at the most recent Eat the Street event, my friends and I noticed this truck next to the Kiawe Pizza stand. With a decent sized line, we studied the menu and discussed the menu options. My friend is not a kim chee fan which just about ruled out most of the their menu, after all, they are known as a «gourmet kim chee company». We decided to share their Pork belly kim chee sliders which came two to an order( ) for $ 8.00. Made with a soft roll like Hawaiian sweet bread, we separated the two sliders which became a bit messy. Also, there was more veggie and less meat on mine. The flavors were pretty good, but hope to try their yakisoba dish or their sold out items next time.
