DON’T GOHERE!!! The workers are incompetent! I went there to return a product, instead they charged my card AGAIN! When I went back to show them and tell them the mistake, the guy at the counter tells me it’ll be credited immediately to my card. I wait about half and called my bank, they tell me that Napa has to call to release the hold. I call Napa back and the guy I was dealing with says as soon as I hang up he’ll call. I waited 24 hours and he never called! I call back and they say if was yesterday it could’ve been voided! By now I’m beyond pissed! I yell ITWASYESTERDAY!!! Then a different guy says his office said it’ll take 2 weeks to go through! I yell«christmas is in 3 days!, I still gotta get more things!» The manager calls at first he wasn’t much help, then I inform him all he has to do is call my bank to release the hold. Now I’m waiting to see if he called. If there was a negative star I would give it a negative 5,000,000 star

Just want to say mahalo to Steve for helping me out with my battery issue, I bought the wrong ones and he helped me exchange them and was really nice through out the whole thing. So I really am happy that customer service was excellent and he went way above and beyond to get me the right batteries. Thanks very much. Paco

I forgot to get the name of the gentleman that assisted me the other day at the Hawaii Kai store but the staff there is amazingly helpful! I was having a tough time(don’t laugh) getting the new windshield blades onto my daughter’s car and he came out and installed them in seconds, saving me a torturous effort! Thank you dude for your awesome service!
