Janie and Jack

My go to shop for when I want to dress my son like little old men. The prices are a little more expensive but you can find really good deals if you look through the sales racks. I had the most difficult time finding neck ties and bow ties for my little men, but they usually have a nice selection of both. Unfortunately, on this occasion they didn’t have what I wanted. The sale racks are a little disorganized and messy, but that’s expected. The rest of the displays were well organized and neat. The staff tonight were friendly without hovering.

I’ve shopped at this store for 5 yrs for my grandchildren & always gotten great quality clothes & great service — until yesterday! The store was cluttered, displays were hodge-​podge & disorganized. There were only 2 sales clerks & they were standing behind the counter talking to each other ignoring customers. I wandered around for awhile waiting for a clerk to offer help as in times past but after 10 minutes or so I gave up & left. I’m very sad to see this store go down the tubes & destroy its quality reputation!

I would give this place 5 stars, but I can’t because I can’t afford to.
No, but seriously. We love this store. So many cute things to buy. It’s our favorite place to get a «special» outfit, and sometimes when we’re feeling fancy. Their little boy clothes are actually cute, definitely not as cute as the little girl clothes, but that’s to be expected. It’s your usual bug/​whale/​shark/​dinosaur combo but with extra attention to detail.
With boys, it’s hard to not have your kid in the same clothes as the next dude next to him… but I guess if you shop here it’s less likely to happen because, well, it’s pretty expensive. Not like I’m snobby like that, but you know… if it matters to you. I guess it does sometimes.
The sales associate remembers my us. Not by name, so I guess she could be faking it and just commenting on how big my son’s gotten and how she remembers when he was little. But I believe she does… so let me believe it! She’s so sweet and always so helpful.
They call us when they’re having a sale or when they get a new collection in, which makes us feel special. I guess that’s what you pay for: to have your kid looking fancy and to have you feel special and not upset at the annoying i-​hate-​my-​job workers at other stores.

I love the staff at this shop. They are extremely friendly, and the manager Kawika is soo attentive. Although I probably shouldn’t, I let my toddler run lose in the store. Being a girl, she loves to shop so she picks out her outfits and pretends to shop along side me. It is a kid’s clothing store and it’s small enough where I can keep and eye on her.
I am on their contact list and I get frequent calls about sales and new season clothing to arrive. I love their sale section, it’s always a bargain for the quality of clothing and discount.
For an overall great experience each time I go I give this store 5 stars.

Janie and Jack is my favorite store to buy clothes for my daughter. Yes, they are usually more expensive than your typical children’s place and gymboree, but they are quality clothes with classic looks. I buy my daughter a new swimsuit here and I used to buy her winter coat and other coat every year when we lived in the Mid-​West. They have great sales too.
I’m stoked we have one on the island. The associates here are just as friendly as the one back home and go the extra mile to make sure you get whatever your little heart desires.

Love this store! I have no kids, but find my way here for gifts all the time… the prices are ridiculous for regular price items, but their sales are BOMB!

Janie and Jack is a high end infants & toddler clothing store. What has captured me is the level of customer service quality that can’t be beat. The associates at Janie and Jack will go to lengths to help you find the item you want at the price you want.
I found a one of a kind baby shower gift for my niece and a gift for a good friend’s baby girl. Both at discount pricing that fit my budget perfectly, and with the much needed assistance of associate Judy.
Today, I called the store because I forgot to pick up a dress that was on hold for me. Associate Jenny went out of her way to help locate the same kind of dress I had on hold. She later called to inform me that she found one and I could pick it up tomorrow. This kind of service is nonexistent these days. It’s so impressive to see.
I am not a high end store patron… well…not unless I’m at Janie and Jack’s. :o)

Love love their clothing!!! They have the cutest, most fashionable yet classic outfits. This has became my must stop by store when I am at Ala moans since I have a little girl now.

So you need kids clothes and want to go somewhere other than the major department stores. Then go to Janie and Jack, which is on the second level of the Nordstrom wing. I hear that these guys are the «higher» end of Gymboree. Clothes are a little pricey, but you’ll find markdowns and get a good deal.
I’ve shopped here this Christmas season for my nieces and nephews. Service here is great and the employees don’t seem to mind boxing up and putting ribbons on all the gifts I bought from them. The boxes they give out are so nice you really don’t have to wrap it.
