J & J Nail Salon

This nail salon had just opened up a few months ago. It is located in the Kalihi Palama Shopping center right next to Ono Korean Bbq. I just love the environment here and the workers. It’s very clean and the décor of the place is just so beautiful. They also do nails very good, I just love it. They know what they’re doing. I feel like not really anyone comes to this salon because a lot of people don’t hear about (and that’s good haha) because I don’t really like going to salons that are very crowded and that everyone goes to. Bits very convenient because it’s close to where I live. Today is my second day here and I am getting a pedicure. Just a treat to myself since my mom didn’t want to join me.

Great customer service. Very friendly atmosphere except sometimes they are working on your feet and hands, they look at your feet or fingers then look at each other and started taking in their native language. It makes me feel like they’re talking smack right under your nose. It makes me uncomfortable. But Everything looks new and clean.

This place is totally AWESOME!!!
We love the service. .The people are kind and considerate. My back and shoulders are loving the message chair. I brought my daughter in and she can’t stop raving about her pedicure. I got my nails done by Jenny 1 week ago and it still looks like I got it done today. Grand opening 20% off is a great deal.

J&J Nail Salon is a new nail salon in Kalihi. It’s located in the same complex as Zippys on Dillingham boulevard. It’s very nice and clean. They are promoting 20% off all services right now. I got my nails done by Jenny and pedicure by Amy. They did a great job. They are very friendly and do good work. It isn’t hard to find parking. And the whole shopping center was recently renovated

Went to get a pedi done and was surprised that they offered 20% off grand opening special on your entire bill. Walked in at 5 pm and was serviced immediately. They did a pretty good job and love that the place was clean. There were constant walk ins while i was there. Basic pedicure cost me only $ 20 with 20% off and tax. Regular price for a basic pedicure is $ 25, deluxe version is $ 35. Lots of parking and brand new massaging chairs. Will stop here again after work.

The technician who did your nails, he redo a whole new set nail for you to your satisfaction. We open business and care for our customers service. Our customers service is our first priority I don’t understand how can someone say that is not worth it when we do our best to have your business and when you leave the salon satisfied.

Wonderful customer service and very clean new facility. They were sure to do a very thorough job cleaning my feet. They were very friendly and helpful when i couldn’t decide what i wanted to do with my nails.

My mom told me to try this place out because it had 20% off… totally not worth it… when I told them I wanted Full Set Gel… they were trying to get me to do manicure because it’s better… i said «no, I’m ok I want full set gel» then they tell me «you sure, you have to come back 2 weeks to fill» I said «it’s okay… ive done places that it lasts longer than 2 weeks» then they made no comment
While he did my nails it felt like he didn’t know what he was doing but I gave it a chance. Then just 3 days later it started lifting… i was so upset but I was so busy with work that I couldn’t go sooner so couple days after when I went in they tell me that in one week it does start lifting and I said «no…not at Queen Nails» and they guys tells me «i worked Queen Nails for 5 years» Then I told him, then you know it last longer than a week and you told me when I did it with you that I would come back to fill in 2 weeks not one week… and he made no comment.
While he was doing my nails he started to ask me if I wash my hands everyday… of course I do… then he asked me «what’s my job» I told him preschool teacher and he said «because you wash your hand everyday it’s going to lift and if you work alot it’s lift more each day» I was like «are you serious…» then the staffs would talk to each other then look at my fingers and walk away and continue talking making me feel so uncomfortable.
Don’t come here ain’t worth it
