I’d give this 3.5 stars if it were an option. It’s not cheap(about $ 10), but our OMG crêpe(strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, a bit of powdered sugar, and a couple of kinds of sauce) with ice cream was tasty and fresh. Since our friends treated us on a Groupon, that made the pricing a bit easier. The inside of the restaurant is very plain. There is a private room in the back for a bigger group or meeting. The two young women who served us were cheery and helpful — a nice bonus. I imagine that parking during the day might be an issue, but we went at 8p on a Tuesday night, and it was not a problem to park on the street. I’d go back on occasion for a treat.

I have been here since 12:30 and it it currently 1:40 and I still have not received my snowflake order. People who have ordered«hot» items– savory crepes after me are happily munching on their food literally done, and I have yet to get my snowflake.

Nothing better for a refreshing pick me up after Christmas shopping. Light, cold and delicious! Today’s choice is Coffee Mocha Snow.

Brought the family here after a full day of sightseeing — and it was excellent. Fast friendly service. Great desert crepes. Highly recommended.

Key to Crêpe satisfaction is… Keep it light ya’ll. The worst possible way to screw up a crêpe, is to overload it with too many toppings and junk. I kind of got duped into going to Aloha crepes. I went to a flea market held in Kailua, and it was there that I had the most amazing crêpe I ever had. And after not two, but THREE of those suckers that day. I was hooked. All a good crêpe really consists of, my friends, is fresh fruit, and MAYBE a light choco drizzle. anymore and welcome to over kill… Someone needs to let Aloha crepes know this… When I first called Aloha crepes and asked if they were the business at the flea market, the girl over the phone said«why yes, yes it was.» Well, she was either misinformed, confused, or lieing because she was wronnnnggg… the evidence was in the product. Not that their crepes aren’t good. but they def were not the same company. AnywAy. A lot of the crepes offered here are over kill. So make sure to order light, maybe ask for some of those toppings on the side. It’s a sad day when you can barely taste the hint of crêpe with your toppings lol. But for me, a die hard crêpe fan, I could never allot less than 4 stars, mmmm mmmm BUT be warned. They cake on Nutella to some crepes, and you’ll waste your time trying to scrape half a jar of that thick paste off of your gift from heaven. Either order without, or order on the side. Something tells me asking them to go light would still be too much, since they seem to be heavy handed with all their toppings anyway

After eating dinner at Asuka, my friends and I walked next door to share a crêpe for dessert! We ordered the Smores crêpe and added strawberries and a scoop of ice cream. These crepes are of good size and I appreciated the girl giving us three cups and a glass bottle with water when we sat down. It’s an interesting atmosphere inside; some people are working(free wifi) and other people are eating and socializing. There is also a strange little added on room for extra seating that looks a bit odd but fits the purpose of being able to seat more people. Whether you’re looking for sweet or savory crepes, Aloha Crepes has a great variety and you’re sure to find what you want!

DISCLAIMER: I only bought their crepes through Aloha2Go delivery. So I have never been to their store and have no idea about customer service, how the store looks like, waiting time, etc. However, I do know their crepes. I have tried these flavors : –eggs benedict –morning glory –cheese pizza –aloha nut –banana jamma My favorite is eggs benedict, cheese pizza, and aloha nut. Their crepes are soft, not like Japanese crepes but more like Italian crepes. I think it’s pretty good for their prices! I will be buying more in the future. Thank you to whoever that wrote the cute message on the box today btw :)

Not great customer service at all. The waitress barely acknowledged us and made my sister feel awkward. There wasn’t actual silverware or even matching plates. And the crepes were much too expensive for the quality. I got the Alfredo pizza crêpe which was basically a crêpe in Alfredo sauce straight from the jar. Which you can only take a few bites of until it wants to come back out. In summary: didn’t have a great experience

Came here tonight to get my crêpe fix on. Walked in and I must say it was a bit weird to be greeted by a tall skinny sassy looking guy who continually flips his hair. Not a hi or how may I help you in sight. Oh wells, everyone has their days. The best part besides the delicious crêpe was the cheery cute blond girl who took our order. It seemed like she knew her co worker was not having a good night and she definitely turned ours around. We ordered the«Woah», but not expecting to wait a whole 20 mins for it to be made we started to wonder what happened. She came by our table and dropped water off and apologized for the wait. I’ve never had an issue with this Resturant and the food is always on point. This review is mainly for this girl! She definitely turned the night around and we left with full tummys and smiles on our face. You go girl! I hope you have a great night as well!

A friend from out of town heard about Aloha Crepes and wanted to go to get some Taiwanese style snow ice. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty slow. The guys at the counter were really friendly and the«small» taro ice with azuki beans that we shared had great flavor. They also brought us a glass bottle and cups for water(I love that local shops are picking up a practice that I loved in France), which was really nice. There are tons of menu options in Aloha Crepes – both sweet and savory crepes, boba drinks, and of course, snow ice. They all look good. Minus one star because while we sat in the store enjoying our snack for only about 15 minutes, 2 adolescent roaches wandered by on the nearby walls. Ick!

Everything here is yuh meh! I’m a regular with the spicy poke bowl which I find entirely satisfying to my tastebuds! The crepes, made with mochiko, are amazing as each has some wonderful sauce that makes it unique and super tasty. The snow is just dangerous. One taste of this, which evaporates on the tongue and leaves only flavor, is addictive. Great spot to hang with friends! If you are stopping by with a bunch of friends they have a room in the back so everyone can sit together. Great option!

If you are in Europe and are walking along the street, you normally don’t see hot dog vendors or churros unless you are more south. You will find though crepes– especially with nutella as a topping. I miss that feeling of European comfort food. It’s not a pancake but similar enough to explain it to someone that doesn’t know what it is like or supposed to be like for them if they need to know. Ohh but the toppings on rich warmness is just heavenly on a cold day in Europe. So going to eat Aloha Crepes can bring me back to warm memories with delicious smells that also conjure up more carefree times in my life. Wen have the French been known to make bad food, even the worst sounding dish in French is a delicious tasting soup. When they try to make something comforting and tastey — they went all out with crepes, and I think Aloha Crepes does a great job of repeating on the success. Up in Kaimuki it is easy to get a crêpe for dessert after one of the many restaurants that — let’s face it, some of the restaurants just don’t have as good of dessert as they do preparing meal food. And walking around gives more chances of seeing and trying new things at new places. I personally like my crepes with fruit. Traditional and I think I can’t go wrong. I have no problem getting what I want as they seem to have great fruit choices for toppings. It just sounds so good and comforting– as a comfort food should be. I go away happy.

This place would get 0 stars but it’s not possible on Unilocal.I will not be patronizing this place again. I had bought one of their Groupons for one of their punch cards. I guess the punch card had expired so they weren’t taking it. However, there was no expiration date on the punch card, so I didn’t feel that it was fair. It’s also Groupon’s policy that if the Groupon expired, you could still use the amount that you paid for it. The Groupon also states that you can use 2 punches when you go, but they would only let me use 1. I ended up paying $ 17 for 1 snow ice. I don’t deal with dishonest businesses.

Before we walked in and ate next door to this place, I stopped, looked in here, and one eyebrow went up and one went down. I said to myself, «self, there’s a crêpe in there with your name on it». Sure enough we came back after our meal and studied the crazy selection of stuff I never would’ve thought you would put on a crêpe. I can only associate a crêpe as a desert which is how I’ve always had it. I settled for the OMG! Loaded with bananas, Blackberries, Blueberries and Strawberries! Even though this is my first time here, this is already my favorite! The wife had the Strawberry Whip. It had some kind of sour cream drizzle that really did compliment the strawberries. It was a great combination. The crepes itself were soft and a little chewy at the same time. Exactly how I like it and how it should be. Really good stuff. We sat and ate inside which is very well lit. The guy came out from the back with a complimentary bottle of water and not a small one either which was a pleasant surprise. Very friendly customer service. Definitely will come back here again when in this area!

Aloha Crepes is right next to Asuka Nabe on Waialae Ave in Kaimuki, and while I never intend to go there, I always end up there for dessert after a meal next door! Parking: Like most of Kaimuki, the only real parking is metered street parking or the metered/ticketed lot on either side of 11th ave across the street(both are $ 0.75/hr). ID Card Discount: If you’ve got one of those handy fancy Isle Discount cards, then you get 10% off your entire purchase! Who doesn’t love saving a little money, right? Crepes & Snow: Like the store name implies, they obviously sell crepes. They have a whole wall full of both savory & sweet options to choose from(with pictures). I can’t say I’ve tried them all, but I like the Fun Guy(mushroom & cheese) crêpe for savory best. As for which sweet is the fave, it kinda depends on your mood! They have chocolate, cookies & cream, peanut butter, bananas, berries, etc. And if you can’t find one you like, you can just ask them to make one with what you want in it! What you may not know is that they also sell snow! No, not the stuff you throw or make snow angels in, but the really light fluffy shaved flavored ice! There’re a number of options to choose form here as well — taro, green tea, lychee, mango, strawberry, etc. Smalls sizes one come in one flavor, while a large can be two flavors of snow. Either way, you can also add toppings like mochi balls, condensed milk, popping pearls and more if you’d like! They also have combo suggestions(snow w/toppings) that they think work well together that you can order! Overall: All the employees I’ve ever met have been very nice & patient. They know there’s a lot to choose from, so they don’t rush you. Also, they’ve handles my wacky large group of friends quite nicely in the past as well, so props to them!
