Am I the only one who randomly craves savory crepes? It was one of those nights. My boyfriend & I ordered original egg puffs & two savory crepes. The egg puffs were yummy and reminded me of the waffle dog batter. The mystery sauce was crazy tasty with a condensed milk meets custard flavor. The crêpe was $ 3.50, and at that price, who could complain… except that the crêpe was a little thick(which set the savory to sweet ratio off) and it included shredded lettuce(wilted lettuce with ham, egg, and cheese is no bueno). I still ate that bad boy up pretty quickly. The milk tea tasted like milk tea, nothing mind blowingly creative. I think I’d go back there and order another crêpe(sans the lettuce) and egg puffs with the tasty mystery sauce.

This little shop can be a really fun place to hang out! There’s darts and good music, and my family had a great time there. My only issue was the weird kinda zombie lighting. We had the original and it was tasty; with the dipping sauce it tastes just like a vanilla wafer, but warm and waffle-textured. May want to order the drinks half sugar, if they do that(many similar places do?) cus our honeydew bubble tea was very sweet, but still good.

My mom and I had this whole big discussion over these novelty egg puffs. I ended up grabbing an assortment of the stuff(with $ 3.50 for a pretty big honeycomb piece of the stuff, that’s a deal!) Chocolate, original with chocolate chips(25 cents extra), and original were the egg puffs of choice. So the big debate mentioned earlier was about just how it tastes. The outer parts were crisp, kind of like a senbei/fortune cookie texture and flavor, and the circular parts kind of reminded me of an andagi as it was warm and had a moist/spongy texture just not greasy or deep fried(heyyyy, it’s somewhat healthy!)… Just trying to make myself feel better over the intake of calories, ha. My favorite had to be the chocolate. People mentioned that they loved the sauce that came with it. But the chocolate one and the one with chocolate chips had lots of flavor by itself so we ate it plain. Yummy! I can understand how parking can get a little nuts, with the only parking being street parking and metered stalls(or if you have a driver to drive, that’s the way to go!) I had to wait a while as there was only one person working, but I didn’t mind waiting in a place that filled up with the scent of egg puffs being made. I walked out of the place smelling like the stuff, which is fine by me! I also got the milk tea(with bobas), and it was okay. I’d still rather have Bambu’s one. It had more of a flowery taste to it, but the bobas were good! Next time i go I shall try the iced coffee which Unilocalers have mentioned!

I am so happy that they decided to open up a place for their egg puffettes. I’ve been meaning to visit them for a while now and I was able to do so last night for dessert! Puffettes Egg Puff is amaze-balls. I hope their business will be around for a long time. I ordered the original(vanilla) with added chocolate chips. The lady working accidentally forgot to make the puffettes with chocolate chips. She gave me the mistake batch as service(free!) and made me a new batch with the chocolate chips. That was very kind of her :) Also, I ordered the milk tea and honestly, I haven’t tasted legit milk tea since I left California. Thanks for the delicious experience, Puffettes Egg Puff. I’ll be back!

We ate here for lunch on Sunday and ordered a sandwich, crêpe and vanilla puffettes. The food was great and prices are incredibly reasonable. I’m used to paying over $ 8 for crepes at Aloha Crepes in Pearl City and Kaneohe so when I saw $ 3.50 for a three topping crêpe, I was a bit skeptical of how good it would be. To my surprise it was excellent! The sandwich was also very large and delicious. The service was also friendly and the interior was clean. The location could be better since parking is always a pain and the AC wasn’t very cold, but those are manini things. We will be coming back next weekend and many more times! Great value and Ono grindz!

Awesome little place right on maintreet Wailae right next to the ballet school. Great place to grab a snack or small meal on the cheap. Nothing here is over four dollars. I had a crêpe wich was only three fifty for up to three fillings/toppings. They have both sweet and savory crepes– nothing too fancy like Aloha Crepes up the road, but they are good size and very good. I think the crêpe batter is about the same they use for the egg puff because the crêpe itself was really fluffly, which I like. But that may be a turn off for some crêpe«purists». They also have sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and bubble drinks. They accept cards with a minimum ten dollar puchase. And finally, they are really nice. Check it out!

The owner is a great guy. I always get friendly service. Even when it’s busy, he is nice to everyone. The egg puffs are absolutely delicious! It’s hard to put them down. The sauce that it comes with adds even more amazing flavor to it. I highly recommend this place and the egg puffs.

I tried this place since I was around the neighborhood and saw decent reviews. I really had no idea what to except the puffettes to look like. Only tried the puffettes, it was a big piece bigger than a handful. It looked like little eggs. Was light and it came with a dipping sauce. I tried vanilla and chocolate. The vanilla was better because the chocolate came with«Hershey’s «dipping sauce wasn’t really that good.

I enjoy Puffettes Egg Puff’s original(vanilla) egg puffs, so I’m glad they’ve opened this sit-down café-esque storefront on Waialae. No more wasted time and gas while searching for their truck. This place is still new, so I imagine they’ll get much busier when word hits the streets. Plus, they have free wifi. Yay.(Candy Crush while waiting for my order! And Unilocal, too. Duh.) The original(vanilla), to me, is the way to go. But, I always ask what their featured«special» flavors are; today is coffee. The bf and I both agreed that they’ve improved their recipe a bit. The egg puffs just taste better and are cooked more consistently. I’m looking forward to a return visit, which I anticipate will be some time this weekend. I want to try their sandwiches. Keeping this review short and sweet bc I have egg puffs that have yet to be devoured. ;) Love that sauce that comes with. For now, cash only.
