Jamba Juice

I absolutely love this place because it cured all of my pregnancy cravings last year but lately, they have been out of a lot of items. Three times in a row I have ordered something on their menu and they were missing either kale, pitaya, and/​or pineapple so that means no green smoothie or the new backyard bowl (a new fave of mine).
Some of my favorite menu items include the Aloha Pineapple, Caribbean Passion, and the new Backyard Bowl. My husband swears by the Red Gummy from the secret menu and now occasionally gets the sausage wrap.
They are pretty quick when making orders and most of the time the smoothie is perfect. I’ve gone so many times that I know which employees are great at making smoothies (I don’t know his name, but the guy with the amazing eyebrows is my favorite:)).
I would definitely recommend!

I come here all the time because it’s right down the street from my house.
Today I went here and the cashier, her name is Mahina (or Mehina can’t remember), but she wasn’t pleasant and had her phone on top of the register which she used freely during my transaction.
As someone who works customer service I know this is unacceptable.
Normally have no problems.

The employees here need an attitude adjustment. I ordered a drink of which it turned out they’d ran out of an ingredient for. When I opted for a refund, they began to behave as if I’d made an unreasonable demand. The manager herself was making negative comments to her employee in front of me at the register. I regularly would take my son to this location to purchase a drink. Definitely NO MORE. I’d recommend you do the same. They do not appreciate having customers.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I came in with my boyfriend and we had a buy one get one free coupon. I ordered two small smoothies both priced at $ 5.19. I gave the cashier the coupon and he disregarded it. He instead rung me up with a 2 for $ 6. We went back to correct the transaction. Not only did he give attitude, but he called his coworker over and told him he didn’t know how to punch in the bogo offer (clearly he was lazy the first time). Then he ripped us off again by charging us for the wrong smoothie and size. Our smoothies were sitting right in front of him. I wouldn’t make it a big deal but because he failed to apologize and that was the second time. I will say the cashier’s name was Aaron.

No kale for the last few days. Seriously? That’s the primary ingredient in 80% of your drinks. Lol
How can Jamba Juice be out of Kale? That’s like McDonald’s running out of big mac’s. Or Subway running out of veggies, right?

After numerous visits to this location it’s become a regular visit for us when we go to the shopping center. We usually go here before visiting taco del mar to get yummy tacos.
Each visit the staff are friendly, although sometimes I feel I’m being rushed when I am inputting my phone number for my reward points. The service each time has been fast with the drinks remaining consistent.
I have also tried the online ordering (you get 2.00 off your first time when you use coupon on Unilocal)
We arrived at the pickup time to have our drinks freshly made awaiting our pickup. It was a pleasant experience and we only had to know what we ordered to pickup.
I would say overall, this location is both convenient and a stable place to expect consistent drinks in a reasonable time.

Friendly staff, super yummy acai bowl and my drink (orange berry antioxidant) was bomb. No complaints here!

Counter staff is always friendly. But more than once I’ve had green flecks in my Mango-​a-​Go-​Go smoothie, which makes me think the blender blades don’t get too clean after the kale smoothies. Ick.

I am not a fan of this Jamba Juice. The employees are not customer friendly. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been here numerous times and each and every time I order a Jamba Juice here I am always having to complain and tell them they made it too watery, to chunky, or it doesn’t even taste like what I ordered. This is the nearest location to me from my home so that’s why I keep coming. But Every time I am hoping they will make it right. I mean that sucks! This location gets pretty busy and the parking lot is chaotic. But the ambience outside of Jamba Juice is perfect to enjoy while having a meal or enjoying some company from friends. The plus is there is a lot of eating places located around the vicinity. And here’s a tip. Sign up for Jamba Insider rewards it’s so beneficial for people who are regulars at any Jamba Juice. It’s ridiculously easy to get started. You get $ 3 off your next visit for joining, you get $ 3 off every 35 points you rack up, you get a free Juice or smoothie for your birthday and extra rewards for example a free boosts. I mean it’s so amazing! And it might sound funny lol but it’s so fun every time. It’s like a game collecting your points and being rewarded. You got me Jamba!
July 21, 2015 I have come to this location and bought smoothies for the kids and I. And hoping our smoothies would come out the way there supposed to be. They came to fail me again. Our smoothies consistency were so liquidity. I mean that’s not a smoothie. It’s more like it came out and it sat for a while and melted. Pretty much summed up what it tasted like. I suggest not coming here. Because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I’m not coming here again. And I am tired of going back there and having them fix it. Because when they do fix it they just add more ice to make the consistency thicker. Than after that the smoothies are tasteless with no flavor because the ice just watered it down.

Secret Menu Item: «Pink Starburst,» I get it just about every time I come to Jamba, with the only exception being when they have their seasonal piña colada drink, in which case — I get that! It taste just like the name implies — a pink starburst! I add in a whey protein boost to all my drinks for a little protein boos! (PS… The whey protein boost makes the drink «fluffier» than normal; thus, when I order a small, they always put it in a medium cup so none is wasted.) In other words — that boost is an upgrade in more ways than one! ;)

I came into this shopping center planning to grab lunch, but it seemed like every single restaurant is either fast food or not exactly the healthiest, so I ended up here (and I had Jamba the day before!).
When I entered, I was greeted in a friendly manner that didn’t feel forced, fake, or robotic, and it lasted through the entire ordering process.
My smoothie (Amazing Greens) was prepared very quickly, and came out well.
The place was clean, organized, and nice and super cool from the AC.
All you need from a place like this is great customer service, and the people who work there provide that.

The staff here are always pleasant no matter how busy they get. They always greet you with hello and a smile. I love it!

I was excited to get an Acai Bowl & this is what they give me! It’s frozen chunks! This is the 24oz bowl & it was filled a quarter way of frozen Acai. This is the worst Acai bowl I’ve ever seen. I don’t normally complain or write bad reviews, but this is ridiculous! Not to mention the workers playing with the fruits & putting containers on their head as if it was a hat. How unsanitary! I will NOT be coming back!

Ordered peanut butter chocolate lovers and the smoothie was awful, it’s like they only blended peanut butter! I couldn’t even get it up the straw I had to scoop it out. I only put one star Bc I can’t put no stars. 6 dollars for blended peanut butter. Thanks Jamba Juice.

Greeted with, «I can help the next person WHO’S READY TO ORDER.» No smile & I swear she growled. Ordered oatmeal.
«We don’t have oatmeal. It’s after 12. Grrrrr…» Wow, this girl makes Abercrombie employees seem friendly.
Oh well, my Chunky Strawberry that doesn’t contain Greek yogurt according to the friendliest Jamba Juice employee in Hawaii (although the sign says it does) tastes good. Hopefully she didn’t spit in it.

My kids love Jamba. The parking here stinks, but the service here is pretty quick and everyone is usually pretty friendly. Been here a dozen times and my order is always right. I like the Pumpkin Smash but it’s a fall flavor. Otherwise, the Berry Upbeet is a good one.

located in the busy-​busy Moanalua Shopping Center, this store is bright and open and clean. The employees greet customers as they enter and always seem chipper when I’m there. Never too crowded either so it doesn’t take too long to whip up my smoothie and I’m on my way. It is nice that Starbucks is right across the patio –smoothie for the kids and coffee for me, on most days.

Friendly staff and always quick to get your order to you. The place is clean and cool (sub 70* degrees). The one suggestion for improvement for customer service will be to provide free wifi, they have wifi but you have to be. Hawaiian Telecom subscriber in order to log on. Other than that, I enjoy this (and most) Jamba Juice. Keep up the good work!

I’ve never been a Jamba Juice fan but I find that when I want something quick and healthy this place is it… I haven’t had a bad experience with an employee yet and being allergic to Mangos which I am sooo sadden by I was VERY scared to get anything that had mangos in it… but you tell them that you have an allergy and they type it into your order and let you choose an alternative which is great. Again… never crowded when I want to get something fast and quick… or if Starbucks next door is ridiculously crowded!
Oh I mostly get the drinks versus the foods… but if I do I stick to the zucchini bread… it is delish! And the steel cut oats — always hot and fresh and you can get it WITHOUT the toppings which saves in sugar and calories :) I hesitate to get the other items… don’t know why but I’ll eventually try something other than.

Many chains receive panned reviews. They get the job done, but never emulate additional moments to sway you in either direction.
Jamba Juice in Moanalua Shopping Center is by far the slowest Jamba Juice I have ever experienced.
In malls, you usually find some very large juicing crowds. Some of the biggest crowds I have seen are in food courts, before a discover kaka’ako event, and in student union areas of universities. Usually with a crew of about 5, they churn out smoothies like ninjas with vitamixes!
In small storefronts with maybe two seats at a window counter and a crew of 2, you expect to wait a little longer as one blends while the other rings, but the smoothies come out timely.
This location had a crew of 3, one ringing, one blending, and one doing nothing measurable except running his mouth. The large area of window counters and tables was almost empty. Four groups were rung up before the ringing person began to juice.
Twenty minutes! Twenty minutes for one kona berry bowl. (I also cannot recommend this «bowl.» It’s a smoothie with granola on top in a bowl with a spoon. Splurge on the extra 150 calories and buy acai.) Knowing that this is simply a smoothie with a fancy hat, there was not one good reason that it took twenty minutes to prepare.
I’m sure the gossip between the employees is super juicy, but I’d love them to focus on the juice in front of them first.
