Very, very disappointed. Very unreliable and cold hearted. We called over three weeks ago for an appointment for a relative who is in Boston receiving cancer treatment. We arranged the appointment so the work could done while she was away because her recovery involves her being in a germ free environment and it would be less intrusive. We relayed all this information to them and felt because of their product they would be perfect for the job but they BAILED on us. Called the day of and said they had double booked and could be there at 8:30 am. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm. We do not live at the house and have at least a 30 minute drive to get there. We had not planned to be there that early and were not able to be there till later. As a result we ended up renting a shampooer and doing it our selves. I will never call this company again.

My wife and I had heard of this new cleaning method that uses empowered water and no harsh chemicals so we called them in and Louis the tech demonstrated the technique and the cleaned our carpets, sofa and tile in the bathroom. The tile came out like it was new and the carpets were dry in a couple of hours and we were back in business without any chemical smell. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend.

Our carpets and sofa look brand new! Jonathan, the operations manager, couldn’t have been more professional from set up of the appointment through delivery of the best cleaning service we have ever experienced. The price is reasonable and worth every cent. We will have them back. Love supporting a Holyoke business too.
