I will agree with a rough opening. Cash only in a town that is not used that. Not gonna ding them for the décor bc it’s got a pretty cool vibe around it and alot of room for potential. To the actual Boba review. My siblings and I got the original milk tea with Boba, the jasmine green tea with Boba, and the sea salt coffee with out Boba. –original: good tea flavor but a bit watered down, good Boba not quite the standard that other Taiwanese Boba places have but a decent and even chewy texture, not made from tea powder packets so great! –jasmine: same as above –coffee sea salt: a bit too sweet and cream forward, the coffee flavor doesn’t really come out, good balance of salt on cream All in all, I am glad that a place like this has come to Hollister. The key things that they have going for them are their Boba quality, fresh tea, nice staff, nuanced feel of the place, and the immense potential for upward momentum. After some tweaks, I will be back to review this place and am looking forward to how they will develop as an establishment.

Very rough first opening, I would say. The smoothies and slushes and milk teas are DELICIOUS! But walking in, you can tell that this store is no completely ready for their open. Wrapping still on chairs and their plastic sealing machine for the boba teas was not operational yet. I would advise to put a big CASHONLY sign on your door because upon walking in, I only had $ 5 in my wallet and if it wasn’t buy one/get one free I would not have been able to pay. But the boba was delicious and I do look forward to trying all sorts of new boba teas and having lunch here. :)
