NEO is a farm to table restaurant that provides an array of meal options ranging from exquisite burgers to salads to fresh fish plates. I do not typically eat meat but could not resist the organic and grass fed options that NEO had to offer! The quality of service, atmosphere, and food was top notch! The«welcome to wine country» burger is a must have! Definitely highly recommend this off the beat spot and will be returning in the near future

My friend and I went here a year ago and loved it so the next time we visited hilton head we stopped by again. The first time we both got the ribs and they were delicious. The second time I was not super hungry so I just got a salad. The salad was very fresh and refreshing. My friend got the oyster pizza and while he disected it to eat it all separately drowned with hot sauce, I had a slice and thought the combination went well together. The freshness, quality, and quantity of the food are worth the money.

What a great local find. Friendly, welcoming service. Not afraid to give specific favorite options. Creative, local flavor dishes. Can not wait to go back. Holy s$&t B’que nachos are an instant classic. Do your self a favor and stop in vs. being on vacation in the low country while eating where you always eat at home. #localFav

This new restaurant is a hidden gem outside of Hilton Head. Locally sourced ingredients and prepared with care. I loved how 90% of the ingredients came from 90 miles or closer. We ordered the low country boil pizza. What a unique pizza! Pieces of sausage, sweet shrimp, potatoes and grilled corn on a thin crispy crust. We also ordered the holy s*#!t nachos. Wowsa! Tender pulled pork, tangy BBQ sauce on crispy nachos. Do it– you won’t be disappointed. The waitress told us her mom makes the desserts. We ordered the bourbon pecan pie. Swoon. So good. I want to come back for one of their burgers. Thank you for a relaxing and delightful dining experience.

So good we came back twice this week(once by ourselves, and the second time to meet up with family in the area for dinner). Definitely make a reservation as it is on the small side. Our favorite is the Oyster Rockefeller pizza — yum! Service staff is always friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience over the last few years. Recommended!

This place never disappoints. Lunch or dinner. Tonight I had the Snapper with broccoli and sweet potato risotto. I started with their deviled eggs that are served over a bed of arugula and sweet jelly and topped with thick cut bacon. It’s not hard to try something new each time I come here because it’s always exceptional.

Loved the vibe here, our server was great and friendly. I had the Oyster po’ boy and ehhhhhhh, it wasn’t quite what I expected. It would’ve been much better if the bread was thinner and more oysters inside. Each bite I took it would taste like straight bread. Other than that this place is awesome, the calamari appetizer was GREAT! I would definitely come back but perhaps will try something else.

This was my favorite place we ate on vacation from CT! We came in with the in-laws and my bf’s brother and wife. I had the oyster rockafella pizza and it was the BEST pizza EVER!!! I loved it and ate way more slices than I normally do! Everyone else ordered Ribs and they raved about them. My mother in law had the burger and cleaned her plate– she loved it. Our service, Jennifer was fabulous!!! We had some allergies and she made all the changes happen. Also she knew all the ingredients in the dishes, very professional. She was a delight! THEDRINKSAREAMAZING!!! I had the yummiest cocktail and sampled a couple others. All were awesome and very unique. Good selection of beers too! We will definitely be back multiple times when we return next year so I can try so many other dishes!

Would be four even five stars if the service was even half as good as the food. Nachos and Fried Oyster Appetizers along with the Bread Basket was amazing. Our server seemed overworked and distracted, inattentive and slow to fulfill request and take orders. My wife is a Certified Chef and we love F2T restaurants and Gastropubs in particular we left this experience wanting more.

We’ve been a fan until last night… Went on Black Friday. And they so far had 3 tables filled. We asked for the booth and they said it was«reserved…» We sat and stayed for dinner for the next hour or so and not a soul walked in… Was that just racial?‘ The food was not as great as usual. We’ve gone and spent plenty of money there but that annoyed the shit out of us, not sure we felt welcomed. I’m VERY reluctant to return.

Heard this place only uses local meats & produce so we had to try! Came in for an early dinner. I highly recommend reservations or coming early because of the amount of limited seating. This place fills up fast. The service was a tad slow here which was disappointing. The server seemed slightly nonchalant. We ordered the calamari & the spinach salad to start. Now of course i ordered a cocktail too lol. I tried their version of a Cosmo & it was NOTGOOD. Like at all. I just settled for a glass of wine. Calamari was super average & the dressing they offered with the spinach salad was disgusting. Yuck! By this time I was so ready for my main course. Our beautiful steak with a creamy bleu cheese sauce topped with onion straws paired with mashed potatoes & Collard greens were beyond delicious! This main course was IT! This made up for everything! Overall, I didn’t like my dining experience here. If I was craving that fabulous steak again I would get it to go. The dining experience here isn’t worth the time or money.

AMAZING :) I just finished a huge wedding with the team from NEO and WOW… Simply amazing! The food was sooo good! The wedding was at Old Bay Marketplace in Beaufort SC, Russ and his wife arrived a day early to set everything up, i was hanging lights for the wedding. They are very personable & approachable:) The day of the wedding they arrived early were running around to ensure the wedding would be perfect. Sure enough it was awesome! They had a great staff, a mobile bar, and amazing food. It even rained and the bar had to be moved inside… everyone teamed up and moved the entire bar for 160+ people inside. They are fast, efficient & professional I would recommend them for any event… hands down! you can see some photos of the event on FaceBook using the following #: #teamviola2015

Best dinner(food wise) in a very long time. This farm to table restaurant had the best food. The hummus was awesome. Service was average as we had to wait 15 minutes for a glass of wine. The head chef stopped by and said hello This spot felt like a locals place. The décor was nice and was quite cute.

Had a great dinner here while on vacation! It’s def hidden in a shopping plaza off a main road and I didn’t see outdoor seating(maybe cause it was 90!). I got take out and lots of options to choose from, although, the burgers/sandwiches were not part of the dinner menu which seemed odd. Nonetheless I fully enjoyed the fish bowl salad with mahi mahi. Moderate portion of fresh mixed greens and veggies(cucumber, tomato and onions)…would have preferred more lettuce. This isn’t a big salad so you def need an app or side to fill you up. Great balsamic dressing too! Ordered the truffle fries too which came with some type of bbq ketchup which was also yummy! Bill came to about $ 25 including tax($ 15ish for the salad, $ 6ish for the fries). The bar was a great space and def a spot to go back to for a drink or even to eat. There were a couple of professional women sitting and working alone at the bar eating so it’s def a spot you can go to by yourself and feel comfortable. Only complaint was that the staff was a little less than nice at first — as an out of Townes, I had some questions and the couple of girls seemed annoyed by me. They weren’t overly sincere in helping me decide and my salad was a little skimpy on the mahi mahi portion so I noted it and they put more on free of charge. I’ll def be back.

So the group consensus is really a 4.5 but it’s not a solid five so. The half star is for service and I kinda feel bad because it was slow because it appeared to be understaffed when we got there. Two people for the whole place and to do seating. We felt bad. After that the service really picked up. The food. So, so good. Appetizer: pulled pork nachos and pimento cheese and crackers. The key is to combine the two. The pulled pork is tender and tasty. The chia were perfectly cooked. The sauce. Lord almighty we needed some bread. Called moppin sauce for a reason. The pimento cheese, of which my sister is an afficiando, was excellent. I loved it and I don’t enjoy pimento cheese. Some good heat on it. The key is putting the pimento cheese on the nachos. Sweet fancy Moses. I won genius points for that suggestion. Mains: the burger, ribs, pasta yaya, bbq dry rubbed mahi mahi. The bottom line is that all the plates were cleared. Completely cleared. Dessert: chocolate cake, flourless chocolate torte, bourbon pecan pie, and carrot cake. We shoveled as much of the decadence into our faces as possible. Raves reviews on the cocktails(delicious and strong) and the beers(great variety). This is getting added to the vacation must list.

Hands down, one of THEBEST meals I have ever had! Tucked away in a cute little plaza, the restaurant itself is upscale rustic – lots of reclaimed wood and great lighting. The food is… the food is amazing. Farm to table and unbelievably fresh. The calamari is the most tender I have ever had(and we sample it everywhere we go!) and needs no sauce! The menu is a delicious read – the shrimp and grits didn’t disappoint. If they have the bacon steak, it’s a must. The spinach and mushrooms side is fresh and garlicky in the best way possible. And don’t even get me started on dessert – the carrot cake and coconut cake were perfection! Service was outstanding – I hugged Kristen when we left! I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Worth every penny spent!

They try but miss — many plates have too much sweetness and the concept that all is «locally» sourced is not valid — when I asked about the NW salmon on the menu — the wait person said that the fish distributor was«local» ok sort of a big stretch Generally dishes we got were mediocre– too overdone or too over or under flavored … Not planning a repeat visit

Local and fresh. Great food, awesome specialty drinks. French pressed coffee. You can really taste the fresh ingredients. Save room for dessert, it’s worth it!
