Unbelievably awful service! I called to place an order for a co-​worker who recently had a baby. The reviews on Unilocal looked great, however I called twice before anyone answered the phone. When the phone was answered, the person did not identify the shop (simply said «hello?», sighed multiple times while listening to my request and then began giving directions to someone else who worked there. Finally she said, «no, I’m sorry — I just can’t take this order today». !!! Won’t try this place again!

I was searching for flowers to send to a colleague that is in a different state. The FTD, Teleflora and 1800flowers sites didn’t have exactly what I wanted. AND their delivery fees were as much as the arrangement that I wanted to send.
Found ZuDun’s through Unilocal and was pleased with their customer service. I described what I wanted and was assured that she would go to the market to find what I was looking for.
Delivery fee was reasonable and the arrangement was delivered on time as requested. Zsusana also followed up with my receipt and a photo of the arrangement when it was delivered along with time & who it was left with.
Now that is truly outstanding customer service!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered to my husband’s workplace for our anniversary the following day. Szuzsana’s service totally exceeded my expectations. After the flowers were delivered, she sent me a personal email confirming what time the flowers were delivered, with a couple of photos of the arrangement, and an explanation that the lilies would open in the next day or two. The flowers were super fresh.

I had Susie do my daughters wedding and she did the most awesomest job ever! She took my daughters colors and transformed them into master pieces. Susie worked within our budget and made it look like we spent thousands when we didn’t:) We were so very blessed to have her talent for such a once in a lifetime time special event. I truly recommend Susie for ALL your flower needs.
