Do not order from this company.
I ordered flowers on their website for my mother yesterday. I requested that they send them same day to her via their delivery truck and not mailed. I even paid a $ 10 fee for gas and delivery. I then called the flower shop to confirm that they would in fact be delivered same day. The lady that I spoke to confirmed that they would be delivered same day but acted rushed like she did not have time to answer me. They were not delivered. I called them this morning to see when they would be delivered. The man that answered the phone told me that my order had been shipped to Los Angeles, CA. I told him that it was supposed to be delivered using their delivery trucks to Tigard, OR. He did not offer any kind of help just simply said that the flowers would be in LA. I asked him what we could do to rectify this situation and get the flowers to Tigard ASAP. He became very rude and repeated again that there was nothing that he was going to do and that the flowers would be going to LA. I asked one last time if there was something we could do to rectify the situation. He was again very rude and unhelpful so I warned him that if the situation was not fixed I would contact my credit card company and stop the payment. He again, did not help at all.
Moral of the story, do not purchase flowers through this florist. You will not experience good customer service and your order will probably be screwed up just like mine was. I only hope that my credit card company can get them to refund my $ 100 charge. If not, then I guess I am simply out the money.
