I have had many experiences at this bank that continue to go downhill. I tried to open minor accounts and have had them later have a fee attached because it wasn’t set up right. Then, my own accounts have continued to have varied fees that show up out of nowhere and then they have to reverse it and fix it. I continuously have to «police» my accounts lately and now they refuse to reverse the fee of $ 3.00 even though it was reversed the month prior with all of my «proof» and everything. I am just going to take all 6 of my accounts to my credit union where I feel I might matter more. I also am always having to wait in the branch for 30 minutes minimum for anyone to talk to, even when I make an appointment. Now the drive thru is closed? It is just not a helpful location. Since it is the one near me, I feel I just need to close my accounts all together to an institution that can best meet my little needs accurately.

I was here to deposit some cash and check. At around 3:30 in the afternoon, there’s no line. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Ample parking, drive thru lines, and ATM. Conveniently located near Winco, Jo Ann Fabrics, and other stores. Nothing to complain about.
