All I can say is WOW, this evening the service was great and the food was fantastic. My wife asked for a substitute and they were more than willing to accommodate her. This was our 3rd visit and we will be back.

Food is a 2 Service is a 1 Atmosphere is a 0 Not sure what the theme is. There is contemporary music but too soft. Tvs all over but had infomercial on. Menu items are all over the place. This place needs an identity STAT!

Trying to decide where to go for date night, we were doing the usual perusing of Unilocal reviews. We came upon Copper River and read up, some good and some not so good. We said«why not?» and decided to go. We booked our reservation online, and made a note requesting a booth, and arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early. Upon strolling in, we informed the staff that we had a reservation but were early… «no problem!» was the response, and in 60 seconds we were seated at a booth as requested. Our waiter was Garrett, and our service was nothing short of spectacular. We were given the perfect amount of time to put our choices together, and everything arrived in a timely manner. My fiancé had their fried chicken dinner, which I’ll admit I stole some and would have stolen every last bite if my own slab of dead cow wasn’t so divine(top sirloin). I ordered it medium rare, because as all steak men know, to cook a chunk of beef any other way is pure sacrilege. It was done perfectly to temperature and was seasoned so well that if I didn’t have a previous addiction to A1, it would have gone naked without it and tasted good. For the first time in a long time, I skipped appetizers because something on the dessert menu caught my eye. I put away my meal with the satisfaction of a man who had just climbed Everest and waited for my highly anticipated dessert to arrive. Then, a very polite staff member brought our desserts. For my lovely fiancé, she laid down a herculean slab of cheesecake the size of a Buick(complete with berry compote on the side). For me, it was the Apple Walnut Cobbler lying in a scorching hot cauldron of iron topped with a baseball made of vanilla ice cream. I eyed it like I was Ralphie looking at his Red Ryder BB Gun on Christmas morning. I conquered the dish with reckless abandon, only to look over and see my fiancé admitting defeat after chowing thru a mere half of her cheesecake. She threw in the towel and asked for a second to go box for her slice of divinity, to be slain at a later date(probably in the middle of the night). In any event, I watched the wait staff and they were constantly circling their areas tending to the needs of their customers. We were checked on at least a half dozen times by Garrett, and also got to meet the manager and the owner who both stopped by for a chat and to see how everything was. Top notch service, top notch food, and instantly one of our new favorites. I will bring my employees here from now on for dinners and meetings, because they value good service just as I do in my business. Thanks guys, and I’ll be seeing you again soon!

One of my favorite places to eat. The salmon tacos are delicious ! I could go there just for dessert, they are so good.

We really love this place. The fried pickles and asparagus are so amazing. Good Caesar salad as well as mushroom & brie burger. Ahi tuna salad is good too. My favorite thing? They let you substitute grilled asparagus for french fries! Occasionally service can be slow, but they are fairly new, so I forgive them that.

Happy Hour is great($ 12 for 3 tasty items, friendly service). And the Cuban Pulled Pork sandwiche was amazing! Very fresh bread, juicy meat without chunks of fat, just enough pickle and cheese, and I’m not usually a fan of «natural»(home made style) French fries, but these were great too! Not soggy, nor burnt tasting. And all the food was warm but not too hot to eat. The seating if supportive and soft, not worn out like a lot of cheaper places. I will say noise travels a lot here and there is fun music playing, and it isn’t cheap for entrees(sandwiches appeared $ 12 – 14 for instance, but I only ate half at a sitting and am full). I haven’t tried them(trying to stay strong) but fresh made donuts and cheesecake both sound wonderful. Will have to try them next time!

We were asked if we wanted the bar or dining room and decided the bar area would be fine. We sat down and were given our menus by a server and no less then 1 min the floor manager comes by and asked if we were ready. How can we be ready when we just sat down and the drink and food menu is huge. We even heard it from other server around us saying«I know the menu is huge so take your time» So how can people be ready just sitting down. That means you dont know your menu at all. The next thing he asks is if we were 21 because we were sitting in the bar area. He comes back later and asked if we were ready. We said we were ready and began to order drinks and the next thing he asks is he can see our ID. Why would you even ask for ID after you just asked us if we were over 21 in the first place. He leaves and didnt even let us order food. A real server came and got our order after. Food over all wasnt anything to rave about. Burger was dry and fries were cold and the chicken pot pie was like something I could get in the frozen section at winco. That floor manager just ruin our time there and food wont have us coming back ever.

Went here with a friend for late night happy hour and was definitely not disappointed. We started with the bruschetta and my friend ordered the spicy margarita and I got the fruit drop martini. We both loved our drinks, but I could not personally handle hers, cause I am not a fan of spicy drinks, but mine was dangerously delicious. I could have easily had 4 or 5 of them. She got the steak bites for dinner, but I had just eaten not too long before we went so I went with the giant cookie dessert and boy was that heaven in a skillet. Would I return? Yes, absolutely! Also, an extra little shout out to our server Dan«the man.» He was great and kept us wonderfully entertained throughout the night.

My first time for happy hour — decent menu and selection — service was not great — I would go back again and give it another try

We went here 12÷19÷15 expecting the previous restaraunt, and said we’d try it. Wonderfully surprised to find out its part of the Oswego Grill Faimly, which we frequent the Wilsonville location. As per usual, the service is awesome. Happy hour menu as good/better than anywhere, with the portion sizes being perfect for sharing or order the caesar sald and steak tips for a small meal of your own. Some different menu ites that sound wonderful, so we are looking forward to returning with friends from that side of town.

I wish they could properly cook a blue rare steak. Everytime we come they way over cook it. Just sad that they can’t get right. Fish was good and cheesecake was really good.

I feel sick even giving one star to this upscale dump. Horrible horrible service… Did I mention HORRIBLE?! Our waitress had the worst attitude I’ve dealt with in the service industry, the food, once we finally got it was cold and definitely wasn’t worth the hour and half wait. Drinks had to be re-made, and the manager was nice enough to deliver our 114 $ check after all the drama and wasted waiting time for our food. I couldn’t believe that! I thought as a person in charge it would be your duty to «fix» any issues customers are having… Specifically with one of the servers, but instead he didn’t take one cent off our very expensive birthday dinner. We are all very upset with this restaurant and will be calling the BBB first thing in the morning. Please a word of advice, don’t waste your time or money eating here! Seriously! Disgusting food, super long wait time, bad service all around.

Tried this place for lunch with office team. Service is pretty slow during lunch and it took almost 2 hours from the time we were seated and when we left. Food is pretty bland and nothing to write home about. I ordered a Chicken sandwich in which the chicken was undercooked and was raw in the center of the chicken breast piece. I couldn’t eat it any more and left half the sandwich there. The fries that came with it was also soggy by the time the food came to the table and was too greasy. Would definitely not go back here again as BJ’s is right next door with better menu options, great food and better service i feel.

First time here. We started out with the seafood chowder, AMAZIIIING. We ordered seafood linguini and the pot pie. We waited for about 45 minutes when food arrived I was excited for the pot pie. Took and mouthful and it was barely WARM. they took it back and in 15 minutes I had a hot new? Pot pie??? How come that came out so fast and so hot but I had to wait forever on the first one? The seafood linguini was more noodles than seafood and was a little soupy. We tried the dessert, donuts were delicious. Cookie skillet was meh. Our server E for effort, but it was so loud half the time she’d ask us something then walk off thinking we answered what she wanted to hear. The tables are really close to each other leaving no privacy for conversation. I’d come back for the chowder. That’s probably it though. Was surprised they don’t give u bread sticks, dinner roll or something like other restaurants while you wait for your meal. Especially since it takes so long.

We really enjoyed our meal at the new Copper River Restaurant. When I made our Open Table reservation, I’d asked for a quiet booth. When we walked in I realized that was a tall order for this restaurant. It isn’t quiet, it’s actually quite loud and lively. But, imagine my surprise when they led us to the last booth in the back, tucked into a nice corner! It was so obvious that they read and honored my request. That was really nice and somewhat unexpected(I always ask for this in my Open Table reservations and most restaurants just don’t seem to see the request or cannot honor it for whatever reason). Oh, and the booths are HUGE — I think you could easily fit 5 – 6 people in one. The food was good — Love the fried chicken dinner. Winner Winner! Also, I had a jalapeño berry margarita that was not too light on the booze and just spicy enough. The fried pickles were AMAZING. FYI — It is not the same as their other restaurant in Lake Oswego — that seems a bit more upscale and quieter. Copper River has more of a neighborhood bar feel. The place was packed, so reservations are a good idea for sure. Parking was a little tough, since they seem to share the lot with BJ’s next store. But a little walk before dinner isn’t a bad thing. :-) We’ll be back!

Lots of choice for beer. Loved the idea that you could pick your beer flight(5 shots of 5oz) from a huge variety of local beers(for $ 7.50: good price). Did not like that they had very little choice of appetizers that go well with beer(who eats sushi, oysters, salads with beer;;; they ran out of «beerbatter sidewinder fries»). Went with Salt and Pepper calamari: very good(loved their sriracha aioli sauce). Oyster shooters were not good. Salmon Tacos: Decent. [salmon was well grilled] My friend ordered black bean burger: he did not particularly like it. Good customer service. [they were also out of summershandy].

I had a steak dinner here the first time I checked it out… it was good. I have returned a few times for their happy hour… which is why I give it the 5 stars. The happy hour food is the best in town… and it has a good selection of cocktails/wine/beer on happy hour as well. I have ordered the fish tacos, oyster shooters, artichoke/spinach dip, grilled pepperoni flatbread, and hot scratch made donuts. Being that everything I’ve ordered has been delicious, I am going to try everything on the happy hour menu at least once. I will keep going back to this place, for sure. I just realized there are no prices online… their HH food ranges from $ 3 — $ 7 and HH drinks are around $ 4

My dad and I went in for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. It was about 11:30AM and there seemed to already be a lot of Intel employees enjoying their lunch break. This was my first time here, and my dad’s second time. He complained that it was too loud in the main room so our waitress graciously moved us to a quieter area. She displayed great customer service; my father isn’t always easy to deal with ;) I got the chicken fajitas and was pleased with the pricing and quality of the food. I like the relaxed, darker aura. Perfect for future dinner dates with my boyfriend! I love this new restaurant!

A brand new restaurant from the same people os the Oswego Grill, Both restaurants seem to have a similar menu. The layout at Copper River puts the bar and its tv’s front and center. They also have outdoor seating in the front and have enclosed the patio from On the Border. Service was great, the food was also good. The only complaint is that it was fairly loud inside. The menu surprised me, with its name I expected a seafood restaurant, The menu did have trout and salmon but also salads, a burger, ribs, mac and cheese. etc In all I was surprised at how well the performed as they had just ordered. This is a good addition to the area,

My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary. The staff was very attentive, the food/drinks were amazing, and the overall price was very reasonable. Among the items we had: The Porter Cheese Soup: Oh, my goodness that was delicious! Asian Steak Salad: Lots of steak alongside a generous amount of yummy salad. The burger was cooked perfectly and the hand cut fries were so addictive! When our server, Spencer, realized it was our anniversary he hooked us up with a huge complimentary sundae for two and a card signed by the wait staff. Not to be outdone, the beer selection was pretty good, and you can get a five-beer sampler for about $ 8. Five stars! We can’t wait to go back!
