The ladies that run this place are exceptionally nice and they make the BEST hummus around. Someday I hope to branch out from the hummus, but a serving of that with their pita bread is simply the best!

We tried them out based on the Unilocal rating. We’ve tried to find a great gyro place and this meets that rating! The service was friendly and welcoming. The meat was tender and seasoned well. The tzaziki had great flavor. The seasoned fries might be the death of my diet. We will definitely be back!

New to Hillsboro, live right across the street from this place. Tried the chicken gyro and loved it!
The prices are decent. My friend and I got wraps to go and walked to the nearby park to eat. The ladies who work there are very friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for quick Mediterranean food!

So good! We go the lamb gryos and were not disappointed. The food was so fresh and the service was fast and friendly. I still can’t get over the portion size and the flavor — I’m in awe.

I had the lamb gyro for lunch, with feta for an extra 50 cents. The meat was seasoned really well and the tatziki was good.
Drawbacks: very little onion [though I like a lot of onion]; the pita was on the doughy side; the feta that cost extra wasn’t distributed well, there was one big chunk on one end and a small sprinkling on the other.
Overall, a pretty good experience; for 5.50 [without feta] you do get a lot. I would go back.

Excellent food and service with a smile! I love the prices as well. It’s good to see a quality restaurant like this that has quick service and yummy food! I’d give it 5 stars, but Unilocal’s algorithm doesn’t seem to like legitimate reviews with five stars. g–

The best lamb gyro I’ve ever eaten. The yogurt sauce is so good & made w/​Nancys yogurt (I saw the empty container). I’ve never eaten gyros in the past b/​c I’ve never liked how they tasted, but these are so yummy. The lamb is tender & seasoned just right. I had some feta cheese added to my gyro that brought all the flavors together perfectly. The pita bread is soft & warmed up.

Totally Amazing!!!
I’ve had their Lamb Gyro and the taste of fresh is all over it. The Gyro is packed, these Amazing girls do not skimp on anything. Be prepared to use a handful of napkins to get the job done. They offer outside seating and a small area inside as well. In the future I will be branching out and trying other items on their menu. Thank you for bringing this Amazing Mediterranean food to down town Hillsboro.

I’ve been craving the delicious food from Abu Rasheed since we are there last Saturday. We tried the Falafel plate and a lamb gyro. The falafel were moist inside, with the perfect light crisp on the outside, and the lamb was unbelievably tender and delicious. This coming from someone who isint a fan of lamb. The bread is soft and warm and smells so good. Everything tasted really fresh. Can’t wait to go back!

Such great food! I love having a great authentic Mediterranean restaurant so close to home. Must try the falafel and hummus! The bread for the gyros brings everything together as well. Definitely going back!
