I live in Columbus and I use the online booking system for massages w/​Candace. Yes, she is busy — b/​c she’s good — so I know that I will have to give myself plenty of time, but I do empathize w/​folks who have a hard time getting in w/​her.
I have a monthly membership and I try to make it every month. Massage gives me relaxation and time to myself, not to mention, Candace is a great masseuse!
She’s also lovely to talk to and I love hearing about her family :)

Candace the manager is not friendly or helpful. She was actually quite rude. Do not buy gift cards from here bc they have an expiration date on them. So if you move out of Columbus, like we did, and can’t get there in time bc she is so busy, then your out of luck and money. If I could give this 0 stars I would bc we paid for a product and she would not deliver!

I received my first professional massage from Candace as well. She was very sweet. I could not have asked for a better first experience! I look forward to my next appointment!

I have tried to get an appointment that works for me but Candace is booked up. She must be the only one working here. I haven’t been able to use my groupon and it is about to expire and now I live in Texas so I can’t even use it when I’m back because she is fully booked months in advance. This is ridiculous. Waste of money.

I experienced my first professional massage at Waters of Atlantis, Candace was very friendly, informative, and professional. The atmosphere was both calm and relaxing, I had a great experience and would recommend Waters of Atlantis to everyone. I was most impressed that Candace could tell which hand I wrote with, which side I slept on, and she could even tell I have poor posture. I had muscle tightness I thought was normal, after meeting with Candace I feel relaxed and my body feels 100% better. I will now make massage a monthly routine.
