Will not be going again. Within 24 hours of getting a new set of acrylics, 2 nails were broken or chipped. I paid for a service that she never asked me if I wanted. I waited nearly 30 minutes, and I had an appt scheduled. Never again. Rather use nails on Neil any day.

My new salon of choice! Went in on a Saturday morning as a walk in and was seated within 5 minutes. They did a great job and the price was extremely reasonable! Paid the same for a manicure and pedicure that I did at a salon in Grandview for just a pedicure. I will certainly be back!

I stopped in for a gel manicure. The wait was only a few minutes and the manicure was a great price. I would have given this review 5 stars but the woman doing my nails kept trying to get me to pick a different nail color. I wanted a simple light pink for spring and when I told her which color I wanted she shook her head and «no, that’s too light.» I told her that was the color I wanted and it turned out perfect! I was just really confused why she didn’t want me to get the color I chose? I will be coming back anyways! Can’t beat $ 30 for a full gel manicure!

I’m in town from Chicago and my daughter and I stopped in for a no chip. Great service, nice people, clean and our nails are perfect. I’ll be back next time I’m in town and will bring my young granddaughter in too. I highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, friendly, service that is also high quality!

I can’t speak to their services, only that they never have enough people working. This is the second time I waited nearly 45 minutes and left without my nails done because they only have two people who do acrylics. Never again.

I thought I would try this place since they were open later than my regular salon. I walked in and even though it was 87 degrees the AC was not on. The floor was very dirty and sat there for 5 minutes (in which no one greeted me) then decided to leave.

Great nail salon. The staff is extremely talented, professional and friendly and their work is superb. I’ve never left here dissatisfied with any aspect of my service. Great prices, great service, great work! My only complaint would be that they are always busy, so sometimes the wait can be a little lengthy. It’s worth it though!

I have been visiting for pedis and then manis when the gel came out since 2003. They just keep getting better. The business has grown professionally and the services far exceed my occasional outings with friends to their local establishments. If you do not live in Hilliard, this little shop is worth the drive. What is more, most of the technicians have professional degrees in a variety of expertise but choose this family business as a priority. As a result, there is much more attention to detail than in theoretically comparable shops around the county (which I have also visited during business travel).

Always do a great job and understand what I want. Prices are reasonable and its full pedi/​mani, acrylic, gel/​solar, and varnish paints. They offer massages too but I have never had one.
