Just Smiles Dentistry

The Just Smiles entire staff is extremely professional. I recently had some veneers replaced and the team walked me through entire process and made me feel comfortable. Their schedules are flexible and I was able to get new veneers quickly. They work with integrity and I trust them. Their office is very comfortable and accommodating. I would highly recommend either their Westerville or Hilliard offices.

My son and I have been going to Just Smiles in Hilliard since they first opened. We have always received exceptional care and love Dr. Phil. I switched to Just Smiles after having a bad experience with my previous dentist and am so happy I switched.

I went for my first visit yesterday and lets just start there… As a new patient, I have come to expect a little bit of a delay for that first visit. My initial appointment was scheduled for 10 days out. Not bad! Two hours later I received a phone call asking if I might be able to come in later that day since they had an opening. I was available so I took the appointment! How cool is that?
The location is convenient to my house and easy to find. From the street, it looks like the location is at the end of a mostly dead strip mall (it is near Kohl’s) but don’t let that worry you. The location is large, clean, modern and they are next to another dentist so they are able to share patients if issues arise.
The staff is SUPER friendly! I was warmly greeted, offered water and didn’t have to wait long to be taken back for my X-​rays, exam and cleaning. The partitioned rooms are cozy, clean and modern. They have blue skies with white clouds skylight covers which are relaxing to look at while they are working on you. The staff was friendly and fun to chat with and the dentist was nice and easy to work with.
The things that prevented me from giving 5 stars:
The technician that was taking my X-​rays dropped the mouth piece twice between the 6 different X-​rays she took. It might have been a bad day but it doesn’t inspire confidence when this is your first experience.
The X-​ray arm kept «drifting» and nearly hit me in the face at one point. The tech had someone else come in to press the button for her while she held it in place. My guess is it just needs an adjustment but kind of annoying.
There was someone getting a procedure done in a closed room but I could still hear him during my cleaning. Not exactly relaxing but I know it is part of the deal when you are seeing a dentist.
All of this said, I would highly recommend Just Smiles and will likely update my review to 5 stars once I have gone back for myself and taken my son in for his cleaning.

Above and beyond excellent in every way! Highest recommendation I can give. Even if you are not located close by, it is totally worth some drive time. Many of our loved ones are clients and they feel so comfortable here too. The entire staff exhibit ultimate professionalism, and supply a warm, comfortable, super friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

This place is great. The hygienist did a exhalent job on my teeth and was very gentle while doing my deep cleaning. All staff and doctor very nice. Office very nice and clean. I have been to 30 plus dentist and this is the best place I’ve yet been. Very good prices too. A+++

I have actually not been here yet, but my husband had such an incredible experience with this place that I will be switching from my current dentist to here!
My husband hadn’t been to the dentist in nearly a decade. He was reluctant to go — the man hates the dentist/​doctor etc. — but he finally made an appointment, thanks to a persuasive co-​worker who LOVES this place. He was very impressed with their staff, everyone was very friendly and it made him feel at ease. They answered all his questions, were professional and they did a great job with his teeth. Needless to say, he will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Due to my special teeth, I have been to a lot of dentists… and I do mean a lot. Just Smiles has easily been the best. The tech was very thorough and was super nice. The dentist, a younger guy, was extremely informative and he listened to me and my needs. Based on my beliefs, he understood that certain options were off the books. When it came to pricing and insurance, they explained everything as far as payment options and the breakdown of who’s paying what. I highly recommend this dentistry office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Just went to the office for a check up and cleaning for the first time.
The office looks brand new even though they have been there for awhile.
Staff was really friendly and it was the best cleaning experience I have had so far. If your looking for a new dentist I would try here.
