The food here … it’s pretty standard Chinese takeout. I’ve ordered here several times because it’s so close. My orders have always been correct. The food has been OK, although I’m not a fan of the yellow rice that comes with the combo orders. Overall, not much different from many other places.
The service? My wife and I have actually been entertained listening to the lady that works the counter and the phone yelling, arguing and struggling to understand her customers. I can’t explain why they haven’t found someone else to deal with the public. It’s a no-​brainier.
Can’t say I’d NEVER go back, but for me a trip there is about 80% convenience. When time allows we’ll generally find another place.

The chicken wing was good. Exelent pu pu plater. If you want full deep fried course, try the pu pu plater first. Then you will know which one you like the most for next order.
The lady did not show any attitude toward me. Meh. Make it quick.
I notice that she give free eggs roll for the guy ahead of me. Maybe for old customers. Who know

I’m dropping my rating to 3 stars after our most recent experience. We ordered delivery for the first time and the combo meals were noticeably smaller than when we pick it up ourselves. On top of that it was mostly rice. Delivery was quick and accurate though.

The food is really pretty good, the problem here is the service. I understand there is a language barrier here sometimes, so i try to speak as clearly as possible. The issue I have is that the lady that takes the orders is in such a rush, errors are bound to happen. So what ends up happening is my wife’s fried rice ends up getting omitted from the order. Not the first problem that i have had here. A little patience with the customers would go a long way.

I really enjoy their crab ragoons. The women at the register is a little short with you but it’s still decent food. You can tell she’s working on being nicer and asks you how you are. I’ve been here several times and each time she’s a bit nicer.

I was only trying to get a delivery, but the person on the phone was not only rude, but totally misunderstood that I had no desire to get take out! I even called back with a new order to meet the minimum for delivery, she insisted that I had said that I would Pick Up!!! Sorry, not even a part of the original plan!
I would simply never think about this place again due to the rude attitude I received over the phone!

Don;t drink the water! Really, do not drink it. I dined in today. I should have left when I was the only person there @ lunch time. However, with the Grade being high, I stayed. I opted for water. They have small cups beside a water cooler. I cannot prove it, but it tasted as if the water had been refilled from the sink. A very old, rusty piped sink. The food was not horrible, but definitely not the best around. Although, the lady wasn’t rude to me, she definitely made no effort to be friendly.

Customer service is horrible!!! I placed an order and shortly thereafter I cancelled it. I didn’t want to eat any food from someone who treated me the way that the lady did. She was extremely rude and could not be understood due to her thick accent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this restaurant. The lady on the phone is unpleasant and unfriendly. I usually like to give restaurants more than one chance, so both times we ordered from them, the food arrived cold. Also, the second time we tried them, they forgot to bring the white rice.
When I called to ask them to bring the rice, she insisted I pick it up! That and she said we would have 2 free egg rolls on our next order, but that was a lie. We called today and she said no, they don’t do that and won’t do that. Not to mention she was yelling at me on the phone.

The woman they have taking orders is incredibly rude. This is not simply a language barrier, I’ve dealt with that before. She is simply rude. Go somewhere that appreciates customers.
