Terrible! The female voice on the phone was very rude and curt. Gluten free food ordered was breaded in flour. I could not eat it. No napkins or silverware. I will never order from here again. Too many chances, too many let downs!

The prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants in the area. Great quality and quantity of food, probably the best around. I especially love the crab wantons!

Got this for dinner on a Sunday night with my girlfriend. I figured it would be a solid takeout option. She ordered the sesame tofu and I got the sesame chicken combo.
The food was delivered much quicker then I was told. Our bag contained no silverware which could have been disastrous for a college dorm. If there was any word to describe the food it would be bland. The sesame sauce on both chicken and tofu added hardly any flavor to them. The pork fried rice was also very dry. The spring roll was pretty average, not bad but also not anything to brag about.
While the prices were on par with competitors the food just didn’t do it for either of us. I would look for other options when it comes to Chinese takeout even though I know High Point struggles in that department

Terrible. When we first moved to High Point 16 years ago, Chu’s was excellent. However, it declined over the years. It is now awful. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like prefab frozen chicken nuggets, and the beef & broccoli was not good — gristly tough beef and limp broccoli. Never eating there again. I I could give it zero stars, I would.

It was the worst service I’ve ever had!!! I picked up my order get back to my dorm and they forgot two of my orders and messed up another! I call up there and they don’t even help the girl was extremely rude and hung up on me about 5 times! I drive back up there and the manager tells me I’m lying! The food isn’t even good! Why would I still the food! I would never go there!

Good spicy honey chicken! Great sesame chicken! Great egg rolls. Decent sweet and sour sauce (a little thick and jelly like). Pretty weak crab meat cheese though! There wasn’t hardly any filling. We will definitely be getting take out again (has a drive thru so you can call ahead and then pick up).

Excellent Hot & Sour soup. The spring roll was good but not your typical tightly wrapped roll. It was more like an egg roll. Service was fast at the drive thru.
