I love their clothes, so cute; however the prices are not great. It’s so expensive. They may have some sales and stuff but it’s not as expected and the things on sale aren’t cute at all. I go there often to see if I may be able to find something. Sometimes I do but sometimes it’s to pricey for me.
They also only have a minimum amount of employees at the cash register. Sometimes you have to wait around 15 – 20 minutes to get to buy your things. That why I only give them 3 stars.

Good place but samples of merchandice, often are not on inventory… only the samples, also they can not find inventory on another stores.

The original prices on some of these items are ridiculous. They are only worth it if they have a sale.
We actually came here to do our Xmas shopping last year and when we compared some «sale» prices it was just the regular price at other places. So I felt they were suckering us with certain sale items. Some, however, were really good deals.
The only reason I have been coming here more often is because of the $ 10 of a $ 10 or more purchase coupons I receive. Staff has been usually very nice. Keep them coming and I’ll keep shopping.

i found myself in hialeah, donde hay agua, fango y factoria.
this Kohl’s sucks the big one. there was absolutely nothing i would have bought from this store. the clothes was so out-​dated, i almost couldn’t believe it. and everything was so overpriced. i saw a tiny pair of «silver» earrings for $ 40. you’d have to be stupid to shop here.
i never say never, but i’m most likely never coming here again. eeek!

i am sure this store has the same merchandise as all the other ones. and i hope they are all as nicely kept as this one. it is very clean and organized. the dressing room area was nice too. no clothes piled up or on floor. we were able to find what we were looking for without any trouble. just a note thou, the store for some reason is kept at a very low temperature. it is very very cold. as soon as you step in thru the front doors you feel the blast of cold air!!!
I wish I could give zero stars or even negative because this store is by far the worst of the kohls stores in customer service I have seen. I will start by saying I love kohls, their clothes prices and over all customer service is great however this particular store in Hialeah is horrible!!! I’m used to dealing with the Miramar store, living in Pembroke Pines myself but the Hialeah store is beyond low class. Their supposed Manager, Alvaro is rude belligerent and racist. He is insulting and has zero class. I left the store with my blood pressure super high because of him and called customer service from the parking lot. As expected customer service was wonderful and very apologetic. I will never come to this Hialeah store again but honestly a person in Alvaro’s position having to deal with customers should have much more finesse and class. He does not deserve and is not qualified to deal with customers of this wonderful store name brand.
