I like Walgreens i like the sales and stuff but there is a lady employee that we all call«the grumpy» she never says anything and has a mean ass look. I have had to tell her off once, she is rude! I hate to come in and see her in front register.

This is one of several Walgreens within a short radius around me that I’m sure I have already Unilocaled. There must be a duplicate out there. Nothing to rave about or that stands-out. It’s just like any other Walgreens around town. The only thing you need to know, in case you’re frolocking around these parts of Hialeah one day and need something, the language here is español. More so than the other Walgreens nearby that employs some younger bilingual employees. Other than that, it’s your expected Walgreens. Things to note and blah, blah, blahs: * This store is still relatively new. It and everything behind it used to be an empty farmland with cows named, Mango Hill. * For some reason, all The Nightmare Before Christmas«stuff» is always in better shape here and will last longer on the shelves compared to other Walgreens. Every year I buy«something» here for Halloween. * Parking lot is pretty large compared to others. * Directions after exitting the lot are limited. If you are not familiar with the area, you may get lost. * Be careful you don’t run over a family of ducks that occasionally enter the parking lot from their home in the canal across the street.

It’s Walgreens — I mean how stupendous can it be? But guess what — it’s my saviour those nights that I realize we ran out of the baby’s milk and don’t want to make the trek to «El Publi.» And it’s my saviour when we’re rushing out the door and realize I forgot to buy the birthday card for the party we’re already late for! I give it props for always being clean compared to the other Walgreens and CVS stores in the area. In the past I’ve actually escaped here from home just to stroll the aisles and destress. It’s never packed and lines move quickly. The employees are all helpful, and a lot of them have been here for a long time, so that gives it a nice sense of familiarity. The aisles were reorganized not too long ago, so I still get a little lost. But a glance up at those mirrors on the top of the walls help me situate myself and locate the aisle I need to get to! Love those things! The pharmacy is a different story. I’ve been using it monthly for years — about 12 now –and for the past few, the hours have been all over the place. They used to close late, then they started closing early, then late again, and recently I found out they changed their Saturday hours yet again and close at 5pm. Way too early! Ridiculous! My father even switched out of this pharmacy to one farther from his house. That’s the Achilles heel of this Walgreens, I guess. Would’ve gone with the 4th star if not for the pharmacy. Other than that, it’s cool.
