I brought my wedding dress for my wedding on June 18 there to get hemmed in the end of April. I was told when I dropped it off that because of prom season she wouldn’t be able to start it until mid May, which was fine as long as it was going to be ready by when I need it. Mind you, I live an hour and a half away, so it’s not as easy as to just get in my car to go pick it up.
I called them last week and was told it would be ready on tues June 7^th. So I call the morning of the 7^th and am told it will for sure be ready by the afternoon the next day. So the next day, the 8^th, I head up to the High Desert for the only reason to get my dress picked up. I get to the shop at 3pm and am told by two young girls that didn’t really seem to know what was going on that the lady who does the alterations wasn’t even in yet and that my dress wasnt finished. I was told to be back at 5 and it would be ready. I called at 4:45 to see the progress and the same young girl answered the phone and proceeds to tell me that she still hasn’t even been in the shop. Finally I get a call back that it would be done at 8. I continued to remind them that I live down the hill and it needed to be finished today as this was the last day I was going to be up before the wedding in a week and a half. At 6:30 I am called again that the dress won’t be ready until 9. Luckily I was able to get my dress, but after a wasted day just waiting for her to finish it. I do not recommended this place to anyone!

We rented linens and chair covers for my wedding. We were told to pick up in Thursday. When my soon to be mother went to pick up, she was told they weren’t ready because they were being pressed. We didn’t mind since didn’t need until Saturday morning. Setting up Saturday morning, the linens are wrinkled and stained. The chair covers are also wrinkled. The only thing that was pressed were the color diamond for the center of the table. It does not look nice for a wedding. I can’t let it ruin my day but it is upsetting. Price was decent.

Got my prom dress here and I absolutely love it. My alterations were free and there are hundreds of dresses to choose from. After I chose which one I wanted it only took 4 days to get here! Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful customer service. Great prices. If you buy a dress there alterations are free. Their store hours are til 7pm which is great! They have dresses there to try on as well as tons of books to look through if you want to order one. Also, they can custom make dresses if you want to bring in a picture or design one yourself.
