My wife and I love it here. They have so much fun and at the same time learn to focus and listen to commands. My boy are developing well. They’ve earn two belts already and they are very proud of themselves. Master Adam is a great guy. Mr. Mike is very good with the kids and makes them laugh as well but has them focus when it’s time. This is a great school. Very caring. I love it when Master Adman randomly takes a student out of the group to work one on one. He definitely cares.

5 star instructors, and the owner Master Adam is extremely knowledgeable. We love this play and recommend it highly. So happy they opened another location closer to home in Ashburn!

Went to this place for a belt test and heard another instructor, a young guy, admonish two boys for talking by telling them to stop acting like girls, as if being a girl is such a terrible thing. The boys reacted in disgust and the instructor seemed proud of himself. To add insult to injury, there were two little girls in his group at the time listening and absorbing that. Way to build self esteem! Also I saw one of the after school drivers roll through a stop sign after picking up kids at school. The woman in charge of teaching the littlest kids seemed like she was amazing, though.

Our little guy (4 yrs old) has been taking lessons at Sterner’s TKD for 6 months. He loves it. It’s a great outlet for his excess energy; teaches respect and discipline; and has multiple classes he can attend during the week to ensure he’s constantly repeating/​reinforcing what has been taught. I highly recommend Sterner’s TKD.

Sterner’s TKD is a premier martial arts studio with a world class staff and comfortable training area. I’ve known master Adam Sterner for over 17 years now, and have learned much from his boundless knowledge of the arts.
I recommend Sterners TKD to all children and adults. It is a pure environment of positive energy where you can focus on growth of mind & body, and stay away from the negative energies that life may throw your way!
