One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They’re consistently out of basic stock items. Their speed of turnaround /​service to customers is one of the slowest I’ve ever seen. Would recommend driving half a mile down the road to the other Starbucks.

Not only is this Starbucks the closest to my house, but it is also the most convenient to get in and out of and has plenty of parking. The real stand out is the drive thru! It’s funny, people say how the line stacks up and it’s faster to park and go inside, but 8 years of coming here, this could not be further from the truth! There were issues with management for a few years, but the current manager runs a tight ship! Not only will you get amazing beverages, they will be quick and the service is top notch! Everyone is always so friendly and having a great time despite the chaos of how busy they are! When you go to drive thru your car is actually timed from when you place your order, you will never wait more than 5 minutes after you order, and typically it’s more like one minute, especially when it is I that am taking your order! Yes, I may work here, but I am also a customer at this location. Sure we didn’t always have our ducks together, but give us another try and you will be pleasantly surprised! In fact there are days during «peak» (7 – 9:30), I run out of cars in line and need y’all to stack up so we can beat our records! 62 cars in a half hour means 30 second wait from when you order, how’s that for fast service?!? The partners here work very hard and deal with more than twice the volume of other stores, we work our butts off for you to get you to work on time! Come see us, the Village people, I’m erin, I’ll see you on the drive thru screen every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday! I always have treats for your four legged friends also, so bring your cuties with you!

Stopped by during morning rush. This is one efficient crew. I wondered why I stopped before an appt when I saw the inside line but was out in amazing speed. Why anyone during AM rush would use gas for the drive through unless they have kids in the car is beyond me. GINORMOUS drive thru line. Just oark and walk in. Crew is fast and save the planet

Pretty much has everything you would expect from a Starbucks. Morning crowd is kind of crazy but the crew works very quickly. The shape of the store is kind of odd and the pick up area is squished towards the back. I never understood the whole drive thru thing — skip it and go inside.

I was surprised at how nice the staff was and how quickly they made my drink! It was 2pm I’m not sure if that makes a difference but it was a perfect experience

As Starbucks go this location is less Starbucky than some, but much Starbuckier than others.

This is a better starbucks then a lot of the surrounding ones. It has a bunch of seating — indoor, outdoor, high top, low top. Etc.
They have a drive thru which is pretty helpful in the winter when your too cold to get out of your car. They do get quite crowded at peak hours which is normally around 8 or 9 am and then noon time around 12.
The staff there is okay. They’re not overly friendly or helpful, which is fine I guess. There was only one woman who ever provided spectacular service and I’ve seen her only once.
They get my drinks and my name right so I’ve been happy with the place!

One star for existing, second star for having a drive-​thru — which you’ll want to use because even though it is fairly spacious inside, on my last visit it was loud, hot, full of flies and the wi-​fi was crappy.

Today, I was at the drive thru at this location. I was able to wait in line to order my coffee. So when it was my turn to order, no one was at the other end of the intercom to take my order. At first, I thought the intercom was broken, since all the cars has moved up at this point. When I got to the window, I told the guy what had happened and instead of taking my order or apologize for what happens, he asked me to come inside so I can place my order.
Honestly, What is the point of having a drive thru when first of all, no one takes the order. Second, if I have to wait in drive thru then I might as well go in at the first place… So what I’m trying to say is, there is a drive thru for a reason.
Normally, I would pick Starbucks over anything but after today’s experience I don’t think I will drink Starbucks ever again! Only because of the horrible customer service at this location.

This starbucks is close to my house. It’s like hit or miss customer service. If you are lucky you get best experience or you would be disappointed. Why would it take 15 min to get a drink in the middle of the day ?? They only care about drive-​thru and neglect customers inside.

This Starbucks feels like someone dug through the dumpster of a much better Starbucks and compiled enough stuff together to convince people it’s legit.
Nothing seems professional. The last time I was there, most of the employees behind the counter were not wearing aprons or uniforms.
Not a good location by any standards. The only upside might be the drive-​through and outdoor seating.

Worst Starbucks ever. Every time I come in here, even in the middle of the day it takes 15 min to get a drink. Why does the drive thru seem to move faster? Do they not care about the customers inside. I much prefer any of the other Starbucks in the area.

This place is ridiculous. Most every time I’ve gone here I’ve had to wait and wait for my beverage. One time I waited about 10 minutes just for one of my two café Americanos. A pretty damn basic drink. They had forgotten completely about the other. I have been here a couple times when I have received okay service. Over all though this has got to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever stepped foot in! I’ve had my slow roasted ham and Swiss sandwich cold in the middle twice now –_​– ugh! If you have the time take a few more minutes and drive up to the one in the woodland crossing shopping center. They are so much better!

I Love SB. I give them 5 stars for the drinks but 3 stars for service.
Service has been an issue for me at this particular location. I understand that the guys are working really hard serving. But I guess, you’d expect some sense of welcome when you enter a coffeehouse. And then get your drinks served with a smile (maybe even a half smile? maybe a fake smile?) I don’t see any here. But the spring is upon us and it time to get some delicious ice tea/​coffee/​drinks.

It’s Starbucks with a drive-​thru! (With a low of –2 today this place is a godsend!)
When the weather is moderate, I would never sit in the long drive-​thru line and await my grande black eye for 15 minutes more than a walk-​in visit. However, on days like today, you can find me there – sitting comfortably in the heated seat of my climate controlled Infiniti amid 20 other drivers with the same caffeine craving. Four stars, Starbucks drive-​thru! You catered to my morning addiction AND prevented me from getting frostbite!

When I have errands in the area, this is a nice place to chill for a few minutes. Good in the summer or winter. I prefer going inside and not using the drive through.

Very convenient Starbucks. This place has a drive through and a very spacious outside seating area. The wifi is strong and the place is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and they provide fast service. Seating area inside is clean and also spacious.

Love the drive-​thru at this location, although the cars stack up and sometimes it turns out to be faster to just park and go inside. My rule of thumb is that if the cars are more than three-​deep from the ordering station, I park. I’ve measured my time inside against the car in front of me getting through the drive-​thru, and inside is most always faster.
That said, my biggest complaint is having to walk through the smokers’ cloud to get in the store. Despite Starbucks best company efforts, their patios/​outdoor seating areas aren’t smoke free.

Review for both drive-​thru and for in-​shop experience, as I frequent this ‘Bucks location a third as I frequent the Woodland Hills and Worldgate locations. This location is the only one in the immediate Herndon/​Reston vicinity that offers a drive-​thru while also featuring a more-​than-​adequate outdoor seating area. The interior seating capacity is also more forgiving than that of many of the postage-​stamp sized Starbucks around.
The drive-​thru is a bit tricky to navigate for first-​timers, as it seems as though you’re driving into the dumpster area for the Noodles & Co that shares a wall with the Starbucks, but worry not — caffeinated refreshment awaits. Like any Starbucks, the line can grow long (I’m writing this review from my car as i wait), but it moves efficiently. One thing you’ll notice too is that the drove-​thru operators are all articulate, good listeners, and they give you their name, so you sill receive a great customer experience. You can also pay with you Starbucks mobile app (hold on while I do that…) from the drive-​thru.
Ahhh, nice cold iced coffee with one sugar and a little half-​and-​half in cup holder, old trash deposited in the convenient trash can at the end of the drive-​thru, and I’m on my merry way!
