A little over a month ago I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from Aspen and team. I really struggled picking a ring because I doubted every decision I made when it came to picking something so important. After visiting multiple big box branded stores I realized that no one gave me the quality, attention and education that Aspen did. Everywhere else I went I felt as if I was simply a sale in someone’s day. Kurt and team far exceeded my expectations and for that I’m grateful you guys treated us so well. Let me not forget Arnie… You the man Arnie!!!

About a month ago, I lost my wedding and engagement rings, I was devastated. Fortunately they were insured. My insurance company recommended Aspen Jewelers which is relatively close to my house. I was expecting the basic service that would come along with an insured item being replaced — not the case. I was immediately impressed with Arnie, he was knowledgeable, understanding and kind. He was not only able to walk me thru the process of selecting the replacement stones and settings, he was able to recreate almost the exact ring and band that I had been proposed to and married with to my husband all of those years ago.
While no one can replace those original items, Arnie came as close as one could get. I am grateful to have been placed in such excellent care.

The customer service and professionalism at this shop is outstanding. I have come in several times with quick questions and they always treat me like a valued customer even if I am not purchasing anything. They have fixed several expensive watches for me for at a very reasonable price. Their jewelry designs are unique and beautiful. If you need a 10k necklace or a $ 15 watch repair, you’ll experience the same great service.

First of all, their unique designs are amazing (see ‘Aspen originals’ on their website). Secondly, Kacie was a delight to work with. I had an idea what I wanted to create for my son for a special event in his life (at age 21) and she worked SO patiently with me to help modify something I’d seen somewhere that was sort of what I wanted, but not quite. I had a drawing, asked what was possible with that, then Kacie suggested some changes, given what I was saying about what I wanted… ultimately her changes made the piece more what I was looking for (she knew enough about jewelry-​making to suggest things that I wouldn’t have thought of, but that got the piece to look just how I wanted it to). I thought the prices were very fair and Kacie presented higher and lower cost options for me to choose. Bottom line — Kacie and Aspen are an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH — and the final piece is a pendant that is BEAUTIFUL and that my son will TREASURE FOR A LIFETIME!

My fiancé and I went to Aspen Jewelers to look at wedding bands because it’s close to our home. To be honest the outside appearance of the store put me off quite a bit so I wasn’t going to go in, but we figured: what the heck. The inside of the store is MUCH nicer. We ended up buying our rings there and love them. They always offer to clean my engagement ring when I’m there and they even noticed my center stone was loose once and tightened the prongs on the spot. Nice people that work here and good product.
I think, being a jewelry store, they should try to make the outside of the store look more aesthetically pleasing and luxurious to attract more people. I know I personally feel better going into a nice looking jewelry store and you can’t tell that Aspen is nice until you get inside! Not a fan of the logo or frosted window look with a «we buy gold» sign.
That being said, please don’t pass by this place because of that like I was going to. Go in and take a look, they’re really great and you will be happy!

A small diamond fell out of its prongs on my antique engagement ring and required a laser welder to re-​tip the setting before replacing the diamond. My ring contains opals which cannot withstand heat welding– hence the need for a laser welder. I was told by another jewelers that, regrettably, the closest laser welder would be in NYC; my only other choice was removing all of the opals, repairing the prongs, and then resetting them– risking breaking the opals in the process. And this would cost more than the ring. Whew. But then another local shopkeeper told me to check out Aspen. Lo and behold, they had a laser welder! Hallelujiah!!! Re-​tipping 4 prongs and resetting a diamond took a week and $ 75, which I believe is reasonable for working on an antique, very delicate, very precariously-​stoned ring. Customer service was excellent, service rendered was prompt and expertly done, and the employees were honest, well-​spoken, and knowledgeable. Will be back!!!

Excellent service and just nice and honest people. Had a simple watch repair done in no time while waiting.
No attitude because I wasn’t buying anything at the moment. Will definitely do my jewelry shopping from Aspen next time

I had a loose stone that I’ve wanted to make in to a custom ring for a very special occasion. We stopped at a number of stores before meeting with Kurt Rose at Aspen Jewelry Designs. We were greeted right away and he had a number of great ideas. We worked with him throughout the design period, and made a number of tweaks to the design along the way. He was very receptive to our ideas and was right on point with the design. The finished product is a gorgeous custom ring and I can’t be more thrilled.
It’s obvious that they do excellent work, and we spoke to a number of repeat customers while in the store. I have no doubt that we will be repeat customers ourselves.

I have had two repairs done at Aspen Jewelry so far, and I have been blown away by their service both times.
I just had a second repair done today. A small pave stone fell out of my engagement ring and I was very distraught. Luckily, I found the stone and the wonderful people at Aspen were able to repair my ring in 10 minutes while I waited. This is my new go-​to place. They also have lots of pretty baubles to look at while you wait!

They made a wedding ring for me that perfectly matched an antique engagement ring that belonged to my great aunt. I could not be happier with the way it turned out. The staff were friendly and helpful. They checked in frequently to give me updates on the progress of the ring-​making. Highly recommend.
