Recently stopped here for the second time. This time for lunch and didn’t want a huge meal so just ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and a side of coleslaw. My appetizer had 6 large shrimp generously coated with coconut and served with a sweet chili dip. Which is about what I have usually gotten in most dinners.(The dinner had 12 shrimp.) The dip complemented the sweet crunchy shrimp perfectly. The slaw was very good as well. The place itself is tiny with a bazaar décor of random items, and money on the walls. If you can overlook the décor, the food is very good and the service friendly. Both times I have been there the place has been packed and that considered the service fairly quick. They also have outdoor seating, a bar and serve some local beers. I will be going back frequently.

Great place for steamed crabs Maryland style. Will become a regular visitor. The crabs are the greatest. We enjoyed the the place, not fancy, ran into quite a few people coming in that were from Maryland. prices are great can’t wait to go back.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews on all the good restaurants I try but, I had to make an exception and write one for TRADERBAYSEAFOOD. We are new in the area and we been looking for a good seafood restaurant that offered Blue Crabs Baltimore Style and we found it. We went today/a Tuesday afternoon to celebrate a friends birthday not knowing exactly what to expect. It’s not a fancy place but I have to say I give the food a 2 thumbs up I had the fried clam strips and a dozen steam crabs seasoned with good«Old Bay» Baltimore style and everything was great. Friendly service and GREAT food. We will be regulars at this place! You won’t be disappointed with the food or the prices.

Awsome local seafood! Nothing else on the menu except seafood and sides and they’re perfect at it! They have phenomenal blue shells, I got a dozen steamed right there. I was born and raised in Annapolis Md and these are just as good as any I’ve had up there as a Matter of fact I was just up there last week and bought a dozen for 3x the amount and they were tiny. I’ll be back 100 times over!!! A+++++

Great variety of seafood for a small place like this. We purchase blue crabs and shrimp here regularly, and usually have them steamed on the spot. The lady cooks every bit as well as the old-timers on the Maryland shore! They also make some sandwiches, fish platters, etc., so it’s worth a stop on your way out on the water.

Five stars in context. If you’re looking for a place that has friendly service, serves delicious fresh seafood, and smells like a crab shack, this is it. Combining the charm of a fish market with a modest menu to boot, you can purchase take-away catch of the day or sip a $ 1.75 Yuengling as you wait for your fried captain’s combo platter to eat in-house. Easygoing atmosphere; sit outside if the salty aromas of fresh seafood tickle your nose. They accommodated our special requests(food allergy). My fiancé and I enjoyed a beer each(oops — make that two beers apiece!) and shared a combo platter for $ 30. It’s right by Pine Island — worth the extra 10 minute drive. The food was awesome! The menu default is to serve food fried, but you can have it prepared otherwise(smoked or steamed). Get the hush puppies — five little fried onion balls of heaven.
