I have had the opportunity of working with Kim on several events over the last 3 years. She is extremely creative with a budget, has an amazing rapport with the vendors she brings on board, and hustles from start to finish. I highly recommend her for your next event whether it be a fundraising gala, product launch party, or a private corporate event. With Kim Ruggles events you get a level of attention to detail that is not easily found in many event planners.

I worked with Kim on a huge NYE/​Wedding event and must say, she was so easy to work with and was always on top of it. Anything we needed from the team, she made sure we had it so we could do our job that much better. She was professional, efficient, and made sure every moving part of the event went smoothly and that the event was a big success.

Kim Ruggles Events and I did an event together (I’m a caterer) for NYE 2013. Her extensive knowledge about logistics, set-​up and engineering make her invaluable for large events. I don’t sit through many meetings when the event planner is discussing load for rigging with the engineers. Pretty impressive. She’s cool, calm and creative. Nice work, Kim.
