Pizza is one of my favorite things, so of course I couldn’t wait to check this place out. Located off Jefferson road, with a small parking lot. Really like the modern décor in here, lots of dark wood and cool sayings prints on the walls. I ordered the 13″ X 6″ PI pizza with herb red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and onions.($ 7.50) Always amazing to see a pizza cooked so fast(under 6 mins) right in front of you. My pizza looked amazing, however the taste was well just ok. There was just not a lot of flavor, very bland. Maybe it was just an off day, gonna have to go back and give it another try. Hours: Mon. — Sun. 11AM — 10PM

I visited Pi Craft on a Wednesday for a late lunch with my daughter. I’d heard a lot about the place, mostly good, so wanted to check it out. I am also a fan of the owners’ other two establishments in Livingston County. It was moderately busy when we walked in and it took me a minute to figure out the layout — this is basically a Chipotle-type layout — stand in line on the right and wait to order, then pick up your food and pay on the far left. After much debate, we decided to go with one of the pre-selected pizzas for our first trip, though the number of sauces, cheeses, and other toppings were tempting. We each ordered a «Pi» size as opposed to the 12 inch round. This is a 13″ by 6″ oval-shaped pie. I chose the Prosciutto Marinara pizza while my daughter opted for the Margherita. Though there were several customers ahead of us, the line moved quickly and our prepped pies were thrown in the wood-fired oven while we watched. After a bit of a hang-up at the register we were able to choose our«Afterbakes» — I chose the basil herb oil and my daughter went with the balsamic drizzle. Options for drinks were an old-fashioned brand of soda and assorted juices, water bottles, etc. The pies were delicious — we shared each of them. The prosciutto was perfectly salty and other toppings fresh and tasty. I would describe the crust as the perfect combo of crispy and chewy. We filled up quickly and ended up bringing about half of what we ordered home in a box that you can grab yourself. I thought prices were very fair at $ 7.50 to $ 9.00 for a «Pi» size. There were also smaller and larger sizes in addition to a few salads, including a smaller Pi-salad for $ 4.75. Overall, this was a quick and delicious lunch at a good price point. I had to go with 4 stars however, as the floor was in desperate need of cleaning. There were paper products and others trash scattered in a few places. In addition, every table needed to be wiped down. I ended up wiping one with a napkin to get rid of the previous customers’ crumbs. At one point the manager came out and picked up one napkin off the floor then went back behind the counter. Other employees were behind the counter, apparently not busy, yet didn’t feel it necessary to come wipe down tables and tidy up. Despite this lapse, I will return! Hopefully the cleaning issues will have been resolved by then.

Awesome! I learned about Pi Craft thanks to Unilocalers. Picked up a 12″ prosciutto, 12″ Pesto Chicken, and a Meatball sandwich(they don’t actually call it a sandwich). Prosciutto was our favorite but everything was good. They don’t take orders by phone. So, even if you want to order to take out, you have to do it in person. Fortunately, the process is pretty quick. The first guy starts by preparing the dough to the size you need. The next guy puts the ingredients in the dough and places the pizza into their oven, which has a rotating metal platform inside. You get your pizza in 6 minutes or so. Prices are very reasonable. Servers are nice and helpful(although you will feel like you are in an assembly line.) Lastly, ambiance is nice. Enjoy!
