This is a new store in this shopping center and very convenient for those who live around here. You would think they want to attract and retain customers. I gave them a try last weekend, bought color shampoo and a toner they recommended. I ended up not needing the toner, never touched it. Just tried to return it. Clerk opened the box and then opened the bottle– it wasn’t sealed. I never touched this bottle. She refused to even do an exchange, let alone a refund. I asked her if we could check another box from the shelf to see if the product did in fact come sealed and she said it wouldn’t matter, no returns on liquids because people fill them with water and bring them back. Great customer service policy… So I will not go back, because they refused to do a simple exchange to keep me as a customer. They let their way of doing business get in the way of customer retention. I’ll just keep driving to Silverado Ranch to get what I need.
