Ever wonder why there are barely any customers at this location? It’s because the service is horrible and management are down right rude to customers. I went in to return an over-the-counter product that I had purchased just 10 days ago from another CVS on Eastern. Although I had a valid receipt that indicated I had 90 days to return the item, and although I had not opened, used, or damaged the item in any way, my return was refused. Apparently the item I bought was not sold at this particular CVS, and the manager on duty indicated she could not inventory the product and she would have to take a loss on it. Furthermore, she went on to say that there are lots of counterfeit receipts out there, implicating that I’m some sort of criminal. Her name is Rochelle. I would like to call her on her bluff, and let her know that my purchase was legitimate. I presented an original CVS receipt that states I can return the item until Feb 17, 2016(my attempted date of return was 12÷27÷15). The item was neither opened, used, nor damaged in any way. The item was not a pharmacy product, but over-the-counter, the item was a nasal strip. The receipt I provided was an original receipt that clearly stated I had the right to return it. The receipt was not counterfeit as Rochelle implied. I had the credit card I used to purchase the item. The last 4 digits of that credit card matched the receipt. I went to another CVS close by and returned the item without incident. So I just want to know why Rochelle treated like a criminal. I’m sure if I were to call CVS corporate, they might have an answer. She used multiple excuses to get rid of me: 1) «it’s not our item» even though I was purchased from a CVS10 miles away 2) «I can’t re-sell it, I’ll lose money on it» yet you can’t send it back to your warehouse? That’s unusual. 3) «there are too many counterfeit receipts out there» and that’s just down right rude and offensive. So I’m calling your bluff 4) «it’s a pharmacy product». No it’s not, I bought it OTC in the allergy aisle. And if so, your pharmacy was open at the time I was there at 130pm. Why not take me back to the pharmacy for the return? So bottom line is, I won’t shop at any CVS now, because the service is poor and they treat customers like criminals. The Walgreens across the street has everything one could need, why shop at CVS and put up this poor management? But your experience might be different. The customer service you receive may be based on appearances.

Aware of the pharmacy hours being up until 9 p. m, I pulled into the pharmacy drive-through at 8:54. A pick-up truck cut in front of the drive-through and upon looking at the man, I noticed he was quite a bit older than I was and probably needed his medication more than I did. Once he was finished, it was 9:02 p. m…I pulled up and the pharmacist began drawing their blinds and putting up their pathetic cardboard renderings for the cardboard. They didn’t even speak to me. The pharmacy manager looked at the pharmacist and began chuckling as if my health needs were a joke. It is without a doubt that this staff cares nothing about their patients, simply at what time they get to go home. They couldn’t spare 2 minutes to take on one more customer who actually let someone else go in front of them because they may have needed it more. What if I had epilepsy and my seizure medication was needed? My company(a WELL known customer service company in the valley) brings a lot of business to CVS through our insurance plan. I will be sure to raise this with them and let them know the lack of care and support they give their patients. You will not get one more dime out of me or my insurance, you pathetic jokes of the health care industry. I’m not worried, karma and Walgreens will undoubtedly save the day. Hmm. why is it that CVS profits are down consistently year-over-year again? I think we’ve found the source. Good luck to you, you pathetic morons.

Never once has my prescription been ready when I’m told it’s supposed to be. EVERYSINGLETIME I’m told it’s going to be 10 – 15 minutes. I don’t have time to sit around and wait with two kids in the car. I so wish I wasn’t pigeon holed into using this pharmacy. I miss Walgreens!!!

I’ve been going to this particular pharmacy for my medication for over a year. Same store, same prescription. It’s an injectable and, for some reason, my doctor prescribed me a vial instead of a prefilled syringe. So, for the past year, I’ve been getting a syringe with each refill, no issues at all. Then, when I went to pick up my refill and asked for a syringe, I was told that I needed a prescription for the syringe. Obviously, I was surprised, as this hadn’t even smelled like a problem in the past.(I haven’t been able to find out what the deal is, but that’s not my gripe with this pharmacy!) The pharmacist told me that she would call my doctor the following morning, get the okay from him, then call me to come pick up the syringe. This was a Thursday evening. Having heard nothing by the following Tuesday afternoon, I called the pharmacy and was informed that the pharmacist had never bothered to call my doctor and that it would be faster if I called him myself. UGH. As with the vast majority of medications, mine needs to be taken on a schedule. This woman apparently has no regard for that schedule or her customers’ health. I could care less that I need to have a syringe prescription, but I damn sure expect that, when someone tells me they will call me with a solution, they actually call me back. Other than this one woman, the store is lovely. They’re not busy, so prescriptions are ready promptly and dispensed quickly. I’ll keep getting my medication here, but I won’t be trusting them with anything other than that.
