My issue with Stonestreet is not about their wines which are okay. My issue centers around terrible service and a failure to treat the customer with respect. My wife and I joined their winery several months ago after buying over $ 300 of wine at their tasting room. Thereafter, I decided to cancel my membership with them which they refused to acknowledge saying I had to purchase two shipments before I could cancel. Despite this, they went ahead and charged my credit card anyway. I could have challenged the charge (which I didn’t) but the point is that I was treated poorly.
I found my experience with Stonestreet very disappointing.

Now, I must preface that I am not a white wine lover. However, no wine tasting visit to Healdsburg is complete without a stop at this tasting room. Their Chardonnays will compel you pinot, cab, and zin red wine lovers to invest in a few purchases of their outstanding wines. I absolutely love every single Chardonnay they produce! They currently offer two different tiers of price point wine tastings, waived with bottle purchased. Very knowledgeable staff. I learn something new on each visit, whether about the grapes, the terrain, the winemaking process, etc. So when you have gluttoned out on all the reds while tasting around Healdsburg, stop in here to refresh your palate with some outstanding whites. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

While driving through Healdsburg we decided to stop and walk around to enjoy the quaint town. While walking through we came across Stonestreet Tasting Room and decided to have a mini wine tasting.
The Tasting Room itself is beautiful and had a clean and modern vibe. The woman providing our tasting was friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine. I had no idea elevation plays such a key role in the taste of wine, fascinating. The whole wine tasting was nice even though I didn’t particularly enjoy any of the wines (I’m fully aware I’m a princess) and towards the end I felt more than normal pressure to join their membership which I didn’t appreciate.
Stonestreet Tasting Room was an enjoyable stop along our drive however, I plan to stick with Napa Valley for most of our wine tastings in the near future.

I went here today with 6 of my girlfriends and had a terrible experience. We were questioned about our age in a demeaning manner. We were told we looked 16. We are all 25 and understand that ID’s need to be checked, but he was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were also told we looked so young and that we could most likely not afford to buy bottles of their wine. After we were finally allowed to have a tasting, when we asked for a certain type of wine, our server asked of we could move where we were sitting“to make it easier for him.” In the service industry you should not be asking us to make things easier for you! He then passive aggressively brought the wine we wanted and aggressively placed them on the table in front of us. Once our terrible tasting was over, he had the nerve to ask us if we wanted to buy a bottle and join the wine club. Umm I thought we couldn’t afford that?! Needless to say, we will not return or recommend. Terrible service.

Jeff, Collyn, and Amanda are amazing!!! All three are very knowledgeable and friendly. Wine is awesome and their wine club is a great deal. If you are ever in Healdsburg GO HERE.

Awesome tasting room! We were in Windsor for a short trip and we stopped in Healdsburg to visit different tasting rooms. Because of the fantastic wine and wonderful service, we ended up joining the wine club, buying a few bottles, and even visiting again two days later. Jeff, Mike, and Amanda were amazing and made our experience so much fun! We will definitely be back the next time we visit California!
