I had a great experience from my initial call to the install. Gloria gave me great advice on what kind of lock to buy and was able to accommodate me with a special request. I live in a condo building and the exterior doors all have brass colored handles which we are required to keep uniform in appearance. Inside my unit, I have brushed nickel hardware throughout and Gloria was able to order exactly what I needed — at no additional cost.
Henry, the installer was pleasant, efficient and meticulous in his work.

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and hired Henry to re-​key our doors. We had 3 doors re-​keyed in under 30 minutes. Henry was professional the entire time. We have indoor-​only cats and he was very cautious about not letting them out and respected our home. I would definitely hire A Plus Locksmith again!

They doubled the cost of the lock compared to what I could pay for it retail. When I questioned the cost they were unwilling to charge a fair price. They said they could have repaired the old lock for much less but never offered that choice when they came out!
We all work hard for our companies to keep our profit to a reasonable level. When someone takes advantage of you it just hurts too much.

I used this company to rekey my new house. The locksmith was professional, kind and courteous. He did a great job.
My door hardware seemed loose afrer he had left and I thought there was an issue. The locksmith was nice enough to come back to the house later that day and confirm that the loose handle issue was a function of my hardware and not the work he had done. He was totally right. I came across the same hardware somewhere else and it was loose just like he said. Don’t hesitate to use this company. They stand behind their work.

Henry changed the locks on my new house this past August and did a great job. He was very nice, prompt, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and got the job done very fast. I would not hesitate being home alone while he’s working (being a single woman) and would definitely use him again!
